I needed to get a vinyl banner printed for my neighborhood swim team that another vendor messed up. They were able to create a proof of what we needed and printed all in two days. “Very good and convenient. I use this UPS store for drop offs when I am in the area. They have a self service kiosk which makes it easy as you can skip the line and scan packages in for a receipt yourself. Staff always seem friendly and polite.”

They’re efficient and maybe not always looking to chat, but they want to keep things moving and I understand that. The worst part of the experience here is always the parking lot, which UPS has no control over.”
“I’ve been going to this UPS Store for close to 20 years. The owner, Andy, is the best. It’s a very busy store and he handles the customers so well. The line moves fairly quickly. Andy and his people will find the best options to ship your packages. Come prepared with packages taped up or bring a $1 to pay them to tape it. A dollar is a real bargain. How many things cost that little these days. ❤️”

“Robert & Kayla are outstanding employees. I am opening my own business and depend on them assisting with my marketing and shipping. Frequently I walk in with multiple returns. Robert always understands what I’m trying to accomplish and quickly executes the process efficiently with the an encouraging attitude. Today I had a massive return and I arrived disorganized and confused with how Amazon had grouped my items. Robert got straight to work organizing to efficiently and accurately prepare everything for shipping. I couldn’t have done it without him. Kayla designed my marketing road signs & even worked on her day off for a revision. I also created a pamphlet for marketing. When I brought it for printing I had not properly formatted the material. Robert worked very hard helping us fit our text into the templet. Robert even looked at what we had done and made important suggestions to help us meet our goal. Both Robert & Kayla touched base with us during our sign and pamphlet creation to ensure all our needs were met & our products were outstanding. I will never use online sites for mass production even if the rate is better because Robert is my point person and with him I know I’m in good hands. Kayla had heard my concern that I mentioned to my business partner about visibility of signs in the evening drive time. When I walked in the store to pick up pamphlets, she was there with suggested solutions. Even when not at work, Kayla is still working hard for ups costumers. Her desire to achieve success is evident throughout the process. Both are outstanding employees. I’ve had years working with Robert for our family shipping needs & now I don’t know what I’d do without him in my business needs. He never shows any frustration. I see him interact with many costumers who brought their stress into the store. Robert makes everyone feel heard and valued. He goes the extra mile in every situation maintains professionalism & bring positive energy into every situation.”
