“My girlfriend and I came into the shop as beginner bowlers looking to get our first ball. Warren was able to answer all of our questions and got us set up properly with our bowling balls. He was very patient with us which I appreciate. We are now having a lot more fun bowling with our own balls! The shop was well stocked with great products for players of all levels. “It's somewhat out of the way from downtown Baltimore but worth the drive if you need a wide selection of sneaker and athletic clothing, try sneakers on for fit, as well as pricing, to fit your budget. Online can't beat in-person buying for foot gear.
At first the sales staff didn't seem to pay me any mind but I had to get use to their set-up. I was disappointed that there was a disconnect between website and in-door pricing. But I was able to try on each and every sneaker I selected (and there were quite a few). Staff were patient, kudos! As a result, I was prepared to buy 3 pairs but then we figured out the disconnect issue so I only got 2. Price difference was too big to ignore. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with purchase and visit overall! These Wilsons are so comfortable, box is spot on, and look great. My wide foot doesn't even look that wide🤣🤣”
“I had an issue with shipping that had nothing to do with ECD. I called them to see if they understood the message from UPS. They immediately wanted to help find a resolution. I mentioned my son had a game and that's why I was following up with them because I saw when I placed the order and when they shipped it. They asked when his game was and then guaranteed he would have it for his game. My order was replaced and sent next day. Top notch customer service. My son LOVES his new stick. He immediately went outside to test it out on his goal.”
“My wife stopped for an item and explained to the gentleman how she wanted to see if they had soccer cleats for her student. The gentleman was so nice and found a pair and donated to her for soccer club. As she teaches at a BCPS this was a huge deal to give a kid in need a pair of shoes. We will be definitively shopping here again.”

“It's awesome to have a place that you can trust to replace tips and clean up pool cue shafts while you wait (I hate dings). Plus they have a nice selection of pool cues, cases and accessories if you are looking to purchase. You can even try the cues on a table in the store before purchase. Highly recommend!”

“Kiyota-san is the sole supplier of Japanese-imported martial arts supplies on the entire East Coast. He is himself a martial artist (judo) and is familiar with many Japanese budo organizations. He has price options for equipment: Economy models, which usually fall under $100; or Made in Japan models, which are authentic but more expensive. He has his own JK brand of dogi (uniforms) as well as those made in Japan. He's been in the Baltimore area for a long time and is well-respected by the community. Very helpful and very funny. If you have time, he has a lot of stories to tell you. Highly recommend.”
