“I've been using the Motorola razor since November 2025, had no problems with it whatsoever. Love the service. But out of the blue yesterday, April 22nd, I paired the KTC mega pad to my phone. And about an hour later, a tiny green dot appeared at the lower left of my phone screen. Google suggested that there may be an app using my microphone or camera. I search vigorously and couldn't find any apps open on my devices. I contacted Motorola, spoke to a guy named Chris. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for him and he hung up on me, twice. So I don't know what to do about this Green Dot. It is very nerve racking.”

But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

“Just wanted to thank Emanuel Y at the Columbia, MD store. He was so kind and patient helping my 83 year old mom get her new phones. Really outstanding customer service. He is also a gentleman and offered to help get her walker loaded into her car. My husband and I have been with T-MOBILE for 25 years or so and have never had an issue. Great carrier also for our international travel.”

“I love this store, compared to others. You can tell the team cleans and make sure the customers needs are met. The team actually care about their appearance not like bel-air road…. They greet you as soon as you come in and if there is a wait they offer you to sit down, they keep track of the order that you come in so you don’t have to worry about someone getting ahead of you. I’ve seen how they dealt with escalations and I’m impressed….. I recommend that when people get the surveys that they complete them!!! Mondawmin mall has a bad reputation but Tmobile is definitely not apart of that reputation!!!!”

“This is one of the best Verizon stores that I have visited. They have kiosk to check in and let you know how many people are in front of you. Mariah handled my transaction very well. She was able to complete a return and answer other questions that I had about bundle deals that they are running. Even after I left, she was very responsive and professional. “I can't say enough great things about the experience I had in this store today. I worked with Lem. We spent almost 4 hours together. He patiently signed me up for a new phone for my daughter, transferred service from my phone from AT&T, helped set up my new phone and navigated over 2 Apple Watches for my kids. Tech is not my thing, it is my fatal flaw, but Lem was so patient and kind and never made me feel stupid, the way so many young people in these stores often do. He explained everything to me so respectfully. I have been taken advantage of by an AT&T salesperson in the past, and I never once felt that Lem was trying to get one over on me. He is a treasure of an employee. He is the perfect combo of kind, knowledgable and patient. He is a fine young man and I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the employees I've come in contact with on a previous fact-finding visit were so nice. I don't know why I didn't switch from AT&T to T-Mobile long ago. 5 stars!”
