“My husband is hands down a Shooters supporter, has been for years. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.I would have love to give 5 stars. However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. “I had a great experience at Georgetown Running Company thanks to the staff - Demarco and crew on Saturday 11 Nov morning. I was actually on a run with a friend when I told her that I was thinking of new running shoes and we decided to stop by after our run. Demarco was extremely helpful, going through the foot scan and walking through my results. I had been running with the wrong shoe size all this time! I was not planning to buy a shoe that morning but that blew my mind so I had to. When Demarco gave me four different styles to try, he gave me the space and time to try them on and I appreciate that. He was not trying to push a particular shoe or price point. After trying on each shoe, I ultimately decided on the Hoka Mach 5 and am extremely happy. Demarco helped give me some good points about each shoe and I’m so confident about the choice. I appreciate the mention of the rewards program and the return policy as well. The person at the counter was so helpful and BEAUTIFUL, I almost had to buy something! ? There's a lot of different styles of hats for whatever team you're into, including OFFICIAL LICENCED products. “Once upon a time in a land called GeorgeTown, there was an adventure that left me both embarrassed and starstruck!Before stepping foot into this store, my friend and I devoured a delicious early lunch filled with oysters, shrimp, and all the local favorites. Little did I know, my stomach had its own little plan brewing after lunch. As it really didn't sit well with me and my poor tummy started rumbling like a volcano about to erupt!Thankfully, my friend Nihar needed to buy a winter parka, and lucky for me, Patagonia has a bathroom. It was like the universe was conspiring in my favo, as I quickly rushed up stairs. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and well-stocked with soap and toilet paper. But here's the catch - the acoustics in there were something else! It felt like my stomach's symphony was echoing through the entire store. !Desperate to drown out the embarrassing sounds, I turned on some tunes and let the water run from the faucet m. But let's face it, you can't hide the truth forever and you've just got to go....After enduring my own personal "bubble guts" concert, I realized there was no air freshener in sight (sorry, staff!) and felt terrible for the next person who would have to endure this bathroom.... I took a deep breath and decided it was time to make a quick exit.As I hurriedly opened the bathroom door, I almost collided with none other than Adam Sandler himself! Yes, you read that right, THE Adam Sandler! My jaw dropped to the floor, and in a panic, I slammed myself back against the bathroom door. As there was no way I was going to let Adam witness the aftermath of my bathroom symphony and I was convinced he'd make a joke about me on his next show!But you know what? I gathered all my courage and casually greeted him with an "oh hey, Adam." and to my surprise, he responded kindly and moved along, saving me from any potential embarrassment. Phew!After escaping the bathroom fiasco, I made my way downstairs to join my friend Jesse, who was stuck on a conference call. Meanwhile, my other friend bombarded the staff with a million questions about their precious parka. I must say, the staff handled it like pros, remaining super friendly and helpful throughout the entire time. They even managed to maintain their professionalism while Adam and his bodyguard roamed around the store and with the growing crowd trying to entire the store to see Adam. All in all, it was a fun and eventful experience, despite my bathroom mishap. But hey, here's a friendly suggestion to the store: maybe invest in some air fresheners? I promise I'll return on my next visit, hoping for a less "aromatic" adventure and good times!.”

“When discussing our experience with this New Balance store, my husband said it was the best shoe shopping experience he ever had. I agreed with him. Thus the 5 stars. We were here on a recent Saturday afternoon. Before going, I knew which shoe I was interested in buying. When we walked in the store, Kennell approached us and ask what I was looking for. He knew exactly what I wanted and asked me what size. Another salesperson approached him with a question at that time. After answering her, he apologized and again asked what size I wanted. No problem. He came back shortly with the shoes I wanted. When I tried them on, he told me to walk the length of the store to see how the shoes felt. After that, he felt the shoe to see how well it fit me. After I said I would buy the pair, I asked him about getting a different insole. He asked what I was looking for in an insole. I told him "more arch support". Then he got the insoles and put them in my shoes. One of them needed some trimming, which he did. After he was done with me, I told my husband that he should get a new pair of shoes as he had talked about it. We were here already, I said, so take advantage. Kennell asked him which shoes he was interested and what size. Again, he brought out the shoes. My husband tried them on and walked the length of the store, then decided they were the shoes for him. When we went to pay for the shoes, we got a senior discount---which was much appreciated. From start to finish, a great experience. There was no pressure to buy and no attempt to upsell. Kennell was very polite and patient so we never felt rushed. We took Metro to get here. When getting of the train at Friendship Heights, exit at Jenifer Street and Wisconsin Ave. Once outside, look diagonally across the intersection and you will see 5301 Wisconsin Ave., NW. Then look closely and you will see the New Balance logo. It's very easy to find.”
