My mom is elderly and needs new shoes with good support. Kimberly was excellent. She took good care of all of us. We all ended up buying something, lol.
She was personable, knowledgeable, and paid attention to our needs. It was great getting this kind of service when few stores do this anymore. We even went back because my mom changed her mind about the shoes. Kimberly gave her a half size up, and my mom was happy.

( I myself am not a shoe person btw.) But I come here for my kids. They are all so helpful. The place is clean and organized. “Manager at this location, Que, is super competent. The store was pretty crowded when we went in on a Saturday. She was there with 1 employee but she juggled like 4 customers at once with barely any wait. Super personable. Really made it pleasant. Delightful experience.”

“Excellent selection and service! These are perhaps the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I was buying Vionic shoes for my arches until I rediscovered Skechers. I use to buy them for the kids when they were little. For adults these shoes are outrageously comfortable. They have updated the styles to be more appealing. If they wanted to get even more stylish minimize the logo. It’s unnecessary and detracts from the overall look. The brand is about comfort and value no need to scream it. Otherwise love the shoe and the shop.”

“I went to SAS Comfort Shoes, as I am on my feet a lot and wanted to get comfortable shoes in my unusual size. The salesman was very attentive and helpful. They had plenty of my size shoe, which is great. The store specializes in SAS shoes (San Antonio Shoe brand), which is a comfort brand made in the USA. You may not win any fashion awards with these shoes, but they are comfortable and the line seems to be expanding their styles.”
“This store is beautifully laid out, and the times that I visited over the course of a week, was very organized and clean. The staff was not overly helpful and did not greet me any time that I entered, and was not anywhere near the checkout counter each time I was ready for help.”
“I have really liked their new location outside of the main mall. They have been very helpful with finding specific items and managing returns. Free People as a company has limited in-store inventory so I call ahead sometimes to ask if they have what I’m looking for. They’re always very kind and let me know if they have the item in-store.

“Courteous and knowledgeable staff, great customer service. On my first visit, they used the Brannock Device to determine I’d been walking around in the wrong size shoe for no knows how long. On my second visit, they asked me what size shoe they’d given me the last time. They said they didn’t have it in stock (I have a weird size so I wasn’t too shocked) but ferried it up from their Ellicott City location the very next day.”

“I cannot recommend this team enough! I drove an hour and a half to visit this store and it was absolutely worth it. The store is impeccably organized and the staff made sure I knew exactly how to navigate the sizing. I scored incredible deals at 75-80% off retail prices. Rosana and Jessica were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me space to shop but also offered their expertise when I needed it. I left with 13 items for the price of what I would have paid for 2 items at other stores like Nordstrom. 5 stars all around! I am already looking forward to my next visit! ?”
