βI have an older vehicle that needed maintenance in order to pass the Virginia state safety inspection so I could get it registered. Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. If I ever need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely return.β
βI LOVE this store/gas station! It's always clean, staff is pleasant ,amazing VARIETY of food/snacks that is always fresh when I've tried it, and the gas is always the cheapest! Seriously, it's the BEST in the area. In this day and age, quality sucks but this place doesn't! Keep up the great workβ

βCarter was helpful and friendly. He consulted on tires I wanted and was competitive with Tire Rack on price. The team also did a great job on a brake service and did only what I needed. Turnaround time on getting the tires and parts and getting the whole job done was quick and I was kept informed with every step. Excellent experience, exceeded expectations.β
βIncredible customer service at Lake Liberty. I stopped in as I thought I might have a nail in my tire. They looked at my car and determined that I was not a puncture. They took it even further and filled up all four of my tires to the proper PSI. When I asked what I owed for this they told me there was no charge. Just amazing service. Lake Liberty will now be my go to for gas and repairs. Thank You.β

βIβve always had a good experience here. Last week, I went in for an oil change. Per usual, the team was incredibly helpful and even fixed my windshield wipers free of charge bc they were worn. That of course should not be the expectation but speaks the integrity of the operation.β
βHighly recommend this retro service station in the heart of Kensingtonβs Antique Row. The staff are so very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I just had two tires replaced on my Volvo, and although they were special order, the tires arrived in one day. I am grateful for the prompt, expert service!β
βHad a tire issue and they were able to get me in same day and fix all the issues I needed resolved. They were honest about the problems and even did work on my vehicle that may have been causing the issue to begin with. Definitely recommend. Front office staff is also very friendly. Also the shop looks very clean. Only cons is I was there for a little while but other than that no complaints.β
βConsistently lowest fuel prices in Old Town Alexandria. They also do Virginia state safety and emissions inspections. Only downsides: Parking lot is a little tight, and the tap to pay function doesn't work on all pumps.β

βMr. Robin has been my Family's Service Provider since far back as 1990. I purchase 1996 Ford Explorer, It's 2025 and she is still running because of Mr. Robin and his Team!!! Great Auto Service Shop, and Overall Great Staff.. My family owns, Hyundai, Toyota & Ford, He does them all!!!β
βConvenient if you're here and doing your Costco shopping and has good prices. The downside is that it often has long lines, but they move along pretty quickly.β
βCame to my car at work and realized my tire was flat/low. Drove to the closest place to ask to use their air compressor. Instead of being frustrated, they took the time to pull me into a bay, fill the tire for me and tell me they were putting extra in so my tire wouldnβt get too low too fast. They were so kind and generous to have their day interrupted by me.I was back to work before my boss even noticed I was gone. Excellent excellent excellent.β
βI've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL.
Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.β

βI want to give the biggest shout out to John and Autobahn for saving me from Mercedes in Arlington trying to charge me 12k to only me paying 100 for deductible through my warranty. The issues were fixed and moving forward anything w my car I will be taking it to you guys!β
βOne of the best places for repairs. I drive 40 mins from VA to repair my car that's how good they are. Navid and Rashed are two of the most humble person at that store. They never throw additional cost and fix only what is needed at reasonable price. Very humble honest down to earth and great personality. I am glad I found them.
My car airbag had issues and needed to replace passenger seat with built-in airbag. They found me one matching the color at a very reasonable price.

βOn Sunday 10/13 on the way home to DC from a road trip, my car started flashing lights, specifically the AT Oil Temp light which meant I needed to pull off and stop driving. This shop was the closest to where we were, and although it was not open, they let me leave my car on their lot and fill out a form for their mechanic.
While the head mechanic was not in until Tuesday (10/16), he called my partner very quickly, diagnosed the issue, and said he could have it done by that evening. He personally went to the Subaru dealership to get the part, and like he said, the car was done that night. My partner handled the communications, so I am not sure who assisted, but based on the reviews, I am assuming it was Tek. He replaced my transmission valve body ($1,180), valve body gasket ($15), and valve body wiring ($76). All in all, the total labor cost was $360, bringing my total with tax to $1,732.
The repair was done fast, and based on my research, at a very fair price. My car is now running smoothly, and I don't foresee there being any further issues. If I am to ever have an issue with my car again. I will absolutely bring it back to this shop.
