“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”
“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”
“I have been doing return here for years, but never had an opportunity to use them for other services until today. I needed to get a vinyl banner printed for my neighborhood swim team that another vendor messed up. They were able to create a proof of what we needed and printed all in two days. The owner was so courteous. It is clear that they value the community that they serve. If you need any of their services, please do not hesitate to go here.”

“This location looks small from the outside, but actually has a pretty extensive inventory of office supplies and basic electronics. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Prices are about what you would expect - a bit high but not outrageous. They validate parking if you drive here as well.”
“This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”
