“Friendly, prompt, & now boasts expanded hours, which is great! I'm here pretty regularly to just drop off packages, but they've been helpful for mostly anything else, too. If their PO boxes were cheaper than they are at Derwood's USPS, I'd switch over in a heartbeat.”

“Marquez was spectacular, extremely professional. Answered my concerns with ease, was able to provide me quoting and ultimately earned my business. Without him being here, I would’ve most likely gone to FedEx across the street. Make sure this gentleman gets the recognition that he deserves. Thanks DHL!”

“They need a sign here about the ledge when you walk in the door. I cannot imagine how many people trip on it when coming in. I’ve had great service here in the past but it depends on who is working. Some employees seem very checked out and robotic.”

“Representatives went above and beyond that, in order to custom package my delicate item for delivery. They even stayed a little beyond closing to secure the package. Even the pickup driver was more than gracious and waited. #UPSBELPRE! They EACH deserve a raise. Will return there again and again and again….!!!”

“I had a great experience with Tabitha! I had mailed some boxes home but for some reason one box had a mix up and was mailed to my old address. Thankfully it was found and taken back to UPS. Tabitha was very diligent, re-boxed my items since the box was damaged, and mailed it to the correct address. Everything arrived to me safely! Thank you Tabitha and team!”

“I have been a customer, including mailbox service, since this UPS location opened - far too many years ago than I can recall. I have been through several owners, but I can say the current team is more helpful, accommodating and responsive than any in the past. I travel constantly and it is comforting to know that my mail and packages are well looked-after and ready for my next visit.”

“Robert & Kayla are outstanding employees. I am opening my own business and depend on them assisting with my marketing and shipping. Frequently I walk in with multiple returns. Robert always understands what I’m trying to accomplish and quickly executes the process efficiently with the an encouraging attitude. Today I had a massive return and I arrived disorganized and confused with how Amazon had grouped my items. Robert got straight to work organizing to efficiently and accurately prepare everything for shipping. I couldn’t have done it without him. Kayla designed my marketing road signs & even worked on her day off for a revision. I also created a pamphlet for marketing. When I brought it for printing I had not properly formatted the material. Robert worked very hard helping us fit our text into the templet. Robert even looked at what we had done and made important suggestions to help us meet our goal. Both Robert & Kayla touched base with us during our sign and pamphlet creation to ensure all our needs were met & our products were outstanding. I will never use online sites for mass production even if the rate is better because Robert is my point person and with him I know I’m in good hands. Kayla had heard my concern that I mentioned to my business partner about visibility of signs in the evening drive time. When I walked in the store to pick up pamphlets, she was there with suggested solutions. Even when not at work, Kayla is still working hard for ups costumers. Her desire to achieve success is evident throughout the process. Both are outstanding employees. I’ve had years working with Robert for our family shipping needs & now I don’t know what I’d do without him in my business needs. He never shows any frustration. I see him interact with many costumers who brought their stress into the store. Robert makes everyone feel heard and valued. He goes the extra mile in every situation maintains professionalism & bring positive energy into every situation.”

“I have been doing return here for years, but never had an opportunity to use them for other services until today. I needed to get a vinyl banner printed for my neighborhood swim team that another vendor messed up. They were able to create a proof of what we needed and printed all in two days. The owner was so courteous. It is clear that they value the community that they serve. If you need any of their services, please do not hesitate to go here.”

“This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it. Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

5237 River Road, Bethesda MD 20816
“The staff there (the weekday guy especially, I think his name is David) is friendly and super helpful, and they are very efficient. It’s also really convenient to drop off my stuff in a bag with an address, then have them pack it up (really well) and send it without issue. The shop is always organized and clean too. That’s my go-to spot to ship anything domestically. ??”

“Donita was so helpful getting my package put together and making sure my items would arrive safely. She was friendly and kind! There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”
