“I had the best experience with Tee and Malcom at this store. The customer service was impeccable. Tee took her time to assist me with transferring from another carrier. She communicated all discounts and steps in the process every step of the way. The best experience I have had with a carrier store ever. If you need ATT service, this is the store to visit!”

“I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”

“Great experience with AT&T in Parkville in Harford Rd. Khajae was on duty and working with 4 customers by herself. I needed to order a tablet in person and she was on the phone trying to get another persons phone working while helping someone else with home internet. The store needs 3 more like her. I was annoyed about having to go in-store but she definitely made me smile.”

“John the GM deserves way more than whatever it is, he is currently making. Polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my individual problem. He helped clean up the mess that Ed at the Boston Street location caused, and it was bad. John even got me wireless internet for my home. I didn't know AT&T offered internet, let alone that I qualified. John was personable and informed me that he is transferring to a Virginia store. What a shame! Thanks so much John!”

“Its a great store. The staff is really customer oriented and will help you if you're in a tight situation. They're really nice people. All you need to do is ask them and they'll find you some sort of discount. This store is just as good as verizon was to me for customer service years and years ago with my first cell phone and home phone bundle. But Verizon got too expensive for me...although they had great customer service too. I haven't seen the equivalent until the last few years I've been with boost. The store on 25th and Charles street I'd the absolute best store with the best customer service you could ask for in a phone service provider. If you are with metro pcs or t mobile, switch to boost. You won't regret it. They'll even help you with your bill if you can't get the cash together one month..they'll let it go and you'll be a month behind but you gotta tell them before you're service is cut off or their hands are tied. Its still corporate. But this is a small town feeling of a store because they really care about the customers and their satisfaction.”

“I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol”

“The person who helped me was Kellee. I found her to be kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was very stressed and worried about weather my phone screen would be able to be repaired. But Kellee erased all of my fears and doubts and guided me through the entire process. She even scheduled the service technician to come to my home to repair my phone. Kellee deserve a promotion and a pay raise. She's a credit to your company and is a positive representative and AT&T company.”
