The staff is wonderful - they know him by name and make sure he's comfortable and well-loved. He's always excited when I drop him off for his day of napping and being spoiled. The facility is spotless and run very professionally. I am very happy to have found such a great option for my old boy.

4 W Middle Ln, RockvilleMy partner and I have been coming to Balance Vet for years for our two dogs and two cats. We trust them with our beloved animals. They are kind, thorough, give us the options, and educate us about how to decide from those options. I have never experienced bedside manner like Dr. Albano and the team have provided. The team always greets us and our animals by name and remember specific things about them. There is a reason we have continued to drive so far over the past 5 or so years to receive care from them.
I'd also like to note that I highly recommend animal communication with Terriann. We did a session with our highly anxious dog when one of his favorite people was moving out of the country and we were worried about how he would take it. Not only did we gain new insight into how his mind and perception works, but we left with tangible tips for how to help him feel empowered and content in his life and better meet his access needs as a deaf and low-vision dog. We also felt heartened and cared for ourselves. Terriann is very good at what she does and because we weren't sure what to expect, she explained everything along the way.

12100 Nebel St, RockvilleStarted taking our dog when I moved to the area 3 years ago and never had a bad experience: administrative staff was always courteous, space was always clean, medical staff was always knowledgeable. But nothing surpassed my expectations more then when the time came to help Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge:
1) leaniancy in scheduling procedure - they allowed me to wait for the kids to come home from school
2) a comfortable private room to say goodbye - it wasn't just any available exam room, I sat on a couch and snuggled with him as we said our goodbyes
3) gentle explanations of his condition and options - when the doctor I spoke with in the morning wouldn't be available later in the day, she informed me of who would be assisting us and when it came time the new doctor was informed of our circumstances and kindly explained what would happen
They also provided the keepsake in my picture which is more than I have ever gotten from other providers with past pets. Not only that, but once I got the call saying the paw print was ready, I was allowed to come whenever I was ready to accept it so they kindly held onto it for a few weeks for me.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't compare prices to other vets. I do know they helped us during Covid which sadly our historical vet was not able to. She seems fine today, but when I got there, I have to say there didn’t seem to be a sense of emergency. It was kind of first come first serve when technically this Is a life-threatening situation because chocolate is toxic to dogs, especially dark chocolate. She needed immediate attention so that made me concerned. When we were treated I did feel confident in blue pearl services. I didn’t get to meet Dr. Pearl, but I’ve heard wonderful things about him. I do feel confidence knowing my dogs are in good hands. The Dr, who worked on my dog was very detailed oriented and explained everything well.I was a tad bit shocked at the pricing, but I guess there isn’t anything I wouldn’t pay and they know that for my baby. My dog ate chocolate $110 to call the Dog ACPCA for poison control. They made us call and wouldn’t see us till we did. Then for the visit $700 which included $250 for the appointment and the rest was for inducing, vomit and hydration IV meds. $1000 chocolate bar!!!! That was my fault. Thank u blue pearl.

The doctor is excellent—he explained Coffee’s sarcoma and every step of the procedure in clear, reassuring terms, so I knew my pup was in skilled hands. The entire staff is calm, kind, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier. Coffee had a minimally invasive surgery and recovered very quickly with great follow-up. You can tell they truly care. I highly recommend this clinic!

The space is well-appointed, there are multiple different classes to choose from, and the price is accessible and competitive. More importantly, however, the trainers are incredibly thoughtful and kind. They understand that they are ultimately training owners, not dogs, and they help break things down for the densest of us :) I have specifically taken classes with Sarah Stoycos and Morgan Stroup, and they are wonderful. They are so patient with all my questions, and I feel like my understanding of dog psychology has truly improved.But one of the behind-the-scenes gems of YDF is the coordinator, Nicole. She is incredibly organized and goes above and beyond to help owners access the resources I need. The other day she called me after hours just to talk through a struggle I was having and offer practical suggestions towards resources that might help. So grateful for Nicole and the YDF volunteers!

Before our session even began, we were walking Cooper outside in the parking lot to help him focus and Milton approached us, introduced himself, and explained we would be meeting with him today and directed us where to go when we were ready. Milton is very professional, and not only reviewed our week and the training we had done to date, but he answered our questions above and beyond what we asked. He gave us pointers, let us practice, and asked questions to help us learn. He reviewed all the little details that will help us be better for Cooper! We appreciate him, and all the DogiZone has done for us already in our short time here. We look forward to our future training and growing as pet parents with Cooper! We recommend Milton, all the staff that we have worked with, including Candice, Sydney, at our last training, and the market staff! My dog is now elderly and requires special care, patience, and a gentle hand. Dogcentric has gone above and beyond to treat her well, and I could not be more appreciative. Rob Albert (business owner) and manager Beverly consistently provide stellar service. Scheduling is seamless through the online portal and any questions or concerns are always answered promptly. I always get adorable photos of my dog from her walk as well as a thorough note from the visit. Their tracking app shows exactly where they go and how long the walk lasts. Dogcentric clearly cares about their customers, both human and animal. Could not recommend more highly.

We have also utilized “spa” services (bath) and the fact they can get him to even get a bath is amazing to me because we have only been able to bath him in a tub once in his life when he was much smaller, and to say “able to” is an overstatement—we ended up as wet as he was. So thanks, Dogtopia for keeping our fur baby safe and clean!

I pop in there every few months when the BLTE cycles up in my head. There aren't many real short order/diner type spots in the area but this one does the trick. Would love if it they had a counter/counter seats. The manager is a character, his greetings in person and for the phone in orders are always enthusiastic. There must be many regulars as he says to at least half of them the items for order and they just say yes when they make it to the head of the line. From skimming the other reviews, I think I'll need to get a steak and cheese next!

5751 Fishers Ln, RockvilleI was walking by and saw this place. It's cozy, has beautiful vibes and warm. I just had Carmel coffee and was very tasty! They have nice music selection and overall very nice. The price was $ 5.42 foe a medium size carmel latte.
They have a collection of food, wine, beer, coffee, they have a game isle in the middle and has variety of board games, they have some books and they restroom here too.

The lemon is LEGIT and you can order it with our without bits of zest.
And the custard -- rich and creamy like it should be. Even the cake cones are properly pointy at the bottom.
