“Today, 08/13/2024, I went to the bank to be served and witnessed a horrible scene.
A customer yelled at the employees and especially at the manager.
The manager tried to minimize the situation, but the customer banged on the door, wanting the person the manager was helping to leave so she could serve him.
I have never seen such rudeness in my life.
And the manager remained calm and apologized for what happened.
The customer's attitude was regrettable.”

“This bank was such an amazing experience!! I went on the Friday that just passed. I lost my wallet AGAIN or else I had definitely asked for her business card. First I called to see if the bank was able to take a larger amount of money out and the man that answered was so nice and helpful. Then when I went in a woman with short dark hair and glasses that was there helped me. She was so so nice and went above and beyond!!! The parking was not the best due to construction, but I would still go and give more stars if I could. She went above and beyond and her and the man greeted me nicely when I went in. The place was nicely kept and clean. I am hoping to get a survey so I can take it!.”

“A great small bank, every time I come in they address me by my last name and look happy to see me. Especially a banker name Dorian. He remembers my preferences and is always happy to help. Every time I have a problem or a question, I call and Dorian is very to help. He never forgets to return my calls and salve every issue. Will defiantly recommend this small bank that makes me feel like family. All the other workers are great as well, I just don't remember all of their names :)”

“Excellent experience and outstanding customer service. I've had my ups and downs with TRUIST during their transition from SunTrust and was on fence about them. However, have had several positives in last year or so at the two local branches I tend to use.
Today, I worked with Valerie (Colesville) to make some updates to accts and open a new one. Some of it was tricky and she handled it all in a knowledgeable, detail oriented manner and was extremely thorough from beginning to end. Even though it was late afternoon/near break & closing time, she took the time to ensure I understood my options, answered questions, patiently outlined the bank policies and had copies of all the documents, etc.”

“My personal experience with this bank has been excellent so far. I opened an account with them for my business recently and the transaction was seamless. I also visited another time for an ad hoc check, and I was able to acquire it with no issues. Parking is a breeze; the bank is pretty new, so it is clean and updated. There's security presence inside. Customer service was excellent during both visits. The manager personally came by and introduce herself and ensured that everything was going accordingly. She and the staff always greet me pleasantly when I leave after each transaction. Not sure if it is the same staff that was there for all the one-star reviews, but my experience was deserving of 5 stars.”

“I visited this branch on last Saturday 2nd October 2024 and I found the staff to be very professional and efficient. I did not have an appointment as is usually arranged and my wait was only 15 minutes. “Branch located in the downtown Silver Spring. No parking on site, but the parking garage is less than 5 minutes walk across Wayne avenue. Scheduling an appointment is recommended. For the reference, opening 2 shared accounts took about 45 minutes from start to finish just bc of sheer amount of information & required signatures.

Also, if you are planning to open new account/apply to credit/mortgage - please do you your home work  (Chase has useful website) & bring required documents with you, IMHO.”

Though TD Online banking has a tendency to suck at times, I can count on each and every team member on this team to help me resolve my banking issues.Maron & Asneketch are the two fearless leaders at this branch. They are kind, knowledgeable, and effective in resolving just about every TD banking problem.Brandon is my go-to guy for all banking needs. Whenever he does leave, I am going to miss him very much.Diana, Debra, Beza, Adriane are all excellent at their jobs. It really sucks when people take their frustration out on them, because they are diligent workers and fast and efficient learners.To every one star giver in the reviews, I challenge you to check your disposition at the door so that these people can do their jobs effectively and efficiently while being of help to you. 9 times out of 10, it’s TD online banking giving you are hard time.”
