“I originally tried to shop at the North Billerica store, but they were not open at 10:15am, despite the posted hours of 10-6.
This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team! And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?”

I love that phone, had the 4g Motorola Stylus for about 4 years and time to upgrade. The prices were better than my former phone company which is why I switched.
