This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?”
