“I appreciate the Derby team for taking care of the entire upgrade process for us. I upgraded a year ago at another location and was basically handed a phone and told good luck.
Ron had us out in about 30-35 mins and took care of the data transfer, trade in and putting the accessories on while I worked on my laptop.

I was VERY cranky coming in to the store since I spent almost 2 hours trying to get virtual help from Xfinity with no resolution. I may have been in the store for 15-20 minutes and had everything fixed. Don’t hold the virtual help and in-person help to the same standard. Stephen is an Asst Manager so I could only imagine his professionalism and efficiency trickles down the chain. 10/10. I will now stop trying to convince my mom to switch back to Verizon because of this in person experience today.”

The store is extremely clean. I was then greeted by Destiny who couldn't have done a better job assisting me. She assessed what I needed and went through all the steps to make sure I had what I needed. She was super friendly, very conversational and was a pleasure to work with. I went home and set up my modem in a matter of minutes with zero issue. They also gave me a free charge stick which was a welcomed gesture. Perfect experience all around.”
