Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“I needed to upgrade my phone and even though there's a TMOBILE less than a mile from me but I opted to try this one in Wilmington. The reason is the one near me is always crowded and I as I get older I don't have the patience to spend at least an hour to upgrade. The experience I had at this store was beyond amazing! The two young men working there were very professional,knowledgeable and really made the upgrade process great!! I was in and out in half an hour!!! First time ever, and Ive been buying cellphones from the size of sidewalk bricks in the day to the S23 now (lol) Great location, great staff!!”

“I visited this location yesterday. Will Jones greeted me and my daughter as we came in. We came to switch our mobile svs to Xfinity. Will was able to help us with a switch and also with setting up my daughter's new phone and trading in the old one.There was another guy who helped us with a screen protector and took our old equipment - but we didn't take his name(((We had a great experience. Saved a lot of money. And we are very happy with the svs so far.I definitely recommend this branch. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel like home :)”

“Brandon helped me in a nightmare situation with Verizon, and was able to verify my identity and unlock my phone number to be activated when Verizon Customer Service, Technical Support, and the Reading, MA corporate store all failed to do after literal hours spent attempting and trying over the course of 2 days. Brandon resolved the issue within minutes by simply verifying my identity using my state and federal IDs and was patient with how frustrated we were by the time he was working with us. I will still most likely be transferring service after this ordeal, but Brandon helped me at least reconsider remaining with Verizon now that I can access my own phone number and account again.”

“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”

“I worked with Naiad, and she was pleasant from the start. We were able to laugh allot with my time being spent there. She worked hard to fulfill my needs of why I was in that store the other day. She even offered me a chair to sit down, and my reply was "Get that chair away, Im not old and dead yet" lol. She smiled the whole time. This is what customer service is about. And there was another guy there that assisted her and I appreciate him too. Even the assistant manager, I did not get her name, but she was good too. “I went it at 7p and the two employees there helped me start on a new phone plan with T-Mobile and got me set up with my new iPhone. They were extremely helpful and kind and answered every question I had. They told me usually they don’t allow phone transfers after 7 because they close at 8 but they stayed a few minutes late to make sure my phone was set up and working and that I had everything I needed before I left. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of how amazing my experience was. The two employees I interacted with make me very satisfied with my choice of switching to T-Mobile.”
