“A+ experience at the Roslindale enterprise office. The gentlemen were courteous, professional, and had a good sense of humor. My car was perfect, I appreciate being picked up initially, and then an easy drop off. All I had to do was leave the keys at the Auto Body shop. As a bonus, I got an excellent recommendation for a local beer called “ Maine Lunch”, Which was on tap at one of my local spots, and it tasted so good I had to have two ! Thank you enterprise.”

Mimi was civil, helpful and pleasant with all. It took about an hour to finally get some cars to get people going which came me from the airport. “I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here as thought the service was good. The gentleman that served me was friendly and made sure I understood everything. The car was perfect for our needs, wasn’t particularly clean but that didn’t bother me at all as my car is by far worst :). Drop off easy at Logan airport and again very nice person to check everything. Overall a very very good experience!”

“Expect at least 1hr wait time. Getting to the rentql car center also takes some time. Patience is key, plan ahead and be prepared. Don't forget to ask for the toll tranponder, you'll be paying tolls left and right. My car was clean as you should expect.”

“I was worried about the rental experience given all the recent uk publicity of tricks and deceptive policies to get more money out of you or trick you into paying for damage but for me it was okay. They didn’t check over the car before or after though did pay for loss damage protection of that made any difference. Car wasn’t particularly clean but okay for us. I ordered a Rav 4 equivalent but got something bigger but there was a good selection and was offered a choice. Staff were fine and were not pushy and both collection and drop off was quick with limited queues for both late evening pickup and evening drop off.”

I made the reservation before I saw Yelp while looking for a phone number to tell them I'd be a bit late picking up (no luck finding the number). The reviews of this location made me rather anxious and are why I'm adding mine. I walked in, no line, they had the car I reserved ready to go, and I was off. Easy. I just wish they'd add a phone number to the local office to Yelp!”

“Thank you. What had become a terrible experience due to using a third party to book a rental vehicle, was saved by Thrifty. I honestly thought that Thrifty had gotten my reservation wrong, but even though it turned out that it wasn’t an error on their part, they helped. I think that’s I’m pretty much over using any third party reservation companies at this point, but that’s a different issue. They did everything they could to get me back on the road. Thank you Thrifty!”
