Thankfully a live Google store is available in Boston, with helpful and professionally competent staff. The technician that serviced my phone named Wednesday, was confident and assured me that he would resolve the issue. I'm so greatful for his help in fixing my phone and it looks and works amazing.

βLast time I had an issue with my phone I brought it here and the associate, his name was Tracy. He was very nice and patient and let me explain my issue to the littlest detail which he responded back with one of the most informative and helpful responses I've ever received from a tech employee which ultimately helped me solve my phones camera issue. Sadly, I came in the other day to find out he'd moved on. If you see this here, Thank you Tracy! If it weren't for your help I wouldn't have been able to take all the beautiful photos I took on my Hawaiian vacation.

βI have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.β
βAs a BU student, I frequent this Target for dorm room essentials, groceries, snacks, etc. However, during the beginning of the school year, certain dorm room essentials tend to sell out, so it's wise to plan and prepare accordingly.β
