“We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldn’t fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didn’t make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didn’t seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!”

“Just had a great experience getting a new TV at HHS. They first overcame a hurdle that was too much for a certain big box chain store, proving to the extremely cautious management of our new residence, a large condo building, that they had sufficient insurance to be allowed into our building, by filling out the necessary forms, having them endorsed by their insurance company, and very quickly getting them into the hands of building management. Neil at HHS, even after I was ready to buy the particular TV I wanted, took the time to check the manuals of our existing receiver and speakers to make sure the installers knew exactly how to configure everything. Then the installers, Brian and Perfecto, got it set up quickly, with the latter coming back the next day to make some adjustments and show us how to make other ones ourselves if we so choose. All that at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.”

We came in to get my wife a new phone and he walked us through all the current deals and plans. After talking through our options not only did we get a great deal on a new phone but he helped us lower our monthly payments based on how we use our phones and set me up with information on how to switch to Fios for our home internet which I’ve been thinking about doing. “To be honest, we were just planning to grab some snacks while looking for parking near a restaurant. Thankfully, the 7-Eleven had a helpful front desk that gave us details about the area. That’s why we ended up buying a lot of water, snacks and other easy medicine we needed. Parking at the restaurant nearby wasn’t easy for tourists, but luckily 7-Eleven had plenty of spots, so that’s where we parked!”
