And I only knew one AT&T store off the top of my head without a map, so I rushed as fast as I could through bus and train about 15 miles away. I ran to the store in flip flops so my toe was stubbed, and Josh came through with an emergency kit from the back, and provided me with a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. “I had an amazing experience at this phone repair shop! My phone screen suddenly stopped working, and I rushed to the store just 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. Despite the late hour, the technician kindly let me in, finished up his other work, and then took the time to review my phone. Fortunately, it turned out to be a minor issue with the screen connection, and he fixed it in no time. Even though it was well past closing, he didn’t charge me anything. This place is 100% trustworthy, with exceptional service and a truly friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend! Thank you!!”
“One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”
