“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.”

I worked with Jasmine the manager and Joessy as well as a few different staff members, they were extremely busy but also supportive and attentive to each one of the customers they were helping. “I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again.
