“Joshua T saved my life yesterday in his last 10 minutes of closing. My iPhone 13 Pro Max stopped working at the beach all the way in Swampscott. And I only knew one AT&T store off the top of my head without a map, so I rushed as fast as I could through bus and train about 15 miles away. I ran to the store in flip flops so my toe was stubbed, and Josh came through with an emergency kit from the back, and provided me with a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. “I had an amazing experience at this phone repair shop! My phone screen suddenly stopped working, and I rushed to the store just 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. Despite the late hour, the technician kindly let me in, finished up his other work, and then took the time to review my phone. Fortunately, it turned out to be a minor issue with the screen connection, and he fixed it in no time. Even though it was well past closing, he didn’t charge me anything. This place is 100% trustworthy, with exceptional service and a truly friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend! Thank you!!”
