“Jennifer really made my day again. I always do everything online and never have to go in a store for help. But recenty I got so busy with my new born and when my phone was not working for a whole day I couldn't call anyone, I got so stress so I went in the store to ask for help and Jennifer was so nice to me and helped me so much.... she tried her best to look for a solution. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.”
