“I'm incredibly pleased with the service I receive at this Quincy location every time I'm there. I have a mailbox at this store and the staff always reaches out to me when it's full or I have packages to pick up. They also help me with all my Amazon returns. The customer service is exceptional. Specifically, Abby was very knowledgeable and she helped us figure out how to best set up my mailbox. Abby demonstrated leadership and kindness by helping with heavy packages in my car and making sure all documentation for my mailbox was complete. “I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”
“This is the BEST UPS store. Everyone that works there is so so kind and helpful. A few weeks ago I went in with a package that was too big to fit in any existing boxes and the woman behind the desk helped me create a box that fit my package. I also use them frequently for printing things. I've used them baby/bridal shower items and signage for my wedding as well as work events and always had a great experience.”

“Once you understand the amount of bs these guys deal with every day with clueless people handing over unboxed amazon returns that dont even belong there, or just people who dont know anything about shipping Logistics so the clerk has to dig through their phone and manually email themselves your label, I say they deserve to charge the convenience fee. Im in there at least once a day as an e-commerce seller and its always smooth as silk because I come prepared and I know what im doing.”

This location has the most smiley + happy employees out of other post offices around Quincy. Love this location due to these reasons!”

“Went here to get fingerprinted but the people being helped for packages seemed happy too. Turns out there's a number they can call for remote assistance with fingerprints and it makes a world of a positive difference. This is the third location I tried and the one I'd return to.”
