“Great people & Great service,I was politely greeted & asked if I needed any help.. I rented a 26 foot truck for 830am . Called and let them know I was running late. From the second I pulled in and drove off took no longer then 10 minutes . Drop off was super easy fast. I'm a small business owner from out of state doing a friend a favor. And these guys made my trip easier. I use u-haul 4 to 5 times a week & this was by far the best experience I've ever had! 10 out of 10”

“My favorite rental truck is always Penske - I went with a lower price elsewhere and got a 24 hour notice that I wasn't getting my truck. Penske was able to save the day.They also called me 2 hours before my pickup time to confirm I was still renting the truck then had it out in front of the office with the windows down so it wasn't hot. The tank was full, the back was clean, and the paperwork was ready to go.Thank you for your great service.”

“This Penske location operates out of The Package Store, which is a top notch business handling not only truck rentals, but is also the best FedEx shipping location you'll find. The friendly staff are 2nd to none. No matter who I speak to here, they are personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices are great as well. “I've had a storage unit with U-Haul for about 4 years I want so bad to clear the unit which I have plans to do in the next couple days I was given a unit with a big Pole blocking the corner of my unit they wouldn't discount me I'm having a problem finding another unit they are clean I don't think you should have to pay to get in after hours they charge about $5 to get in up until 10 after closing and $10 for 24 hours I think they charged enough for the unit itself we should have access to our belongings 24/7 without having to pay extra money for an access card I've seen other storage where you pull up and they give you a code to open the gate and you drive in that's the only downfall U-Haul does have and I ran into a problem renting a truck it was a black woman working that told me I was too late when it was the second time to return for this truck but rented to the black woman behind me I waited outside and saw her leave with the van that I should have been driving away in this location was Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts the situation was reported I don't know how it was handled”

I would NOT recommend, save your time and efforts and go elsewhere. This place ain’t it.*update*The manager called me and straightened everything out. He was really nice & helped me out for the error. This was a system error so I shouldn’t have been able to reserve the items I reserved.Thank you!”
