“I had originally wanted a Jeep Wrangler but unfortunately there weren't any available when I arrived. The two employees who were sitting in the pick-up booth did their very best to give me a satisfactory replacement and the whole ordeal was quick and smooth. Furthermore, when I arrived back on Sunday to drop the car off, the one employee (I believe his name was Marco?) was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my whole experience with the Sixt Boston Team was incredible and my rental was well worth the money.

I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. After going to 6 locations Saturday with no cars for me… I gave up! Seen VVS on my snap, got a reply within minutes & he told me to come on Sunday. Despite being closed… he went out his way to get me a rental car! I even needed a different car a few days later, only due to size, swapped out with no problem!! Best car rental service I’ve ever used! Highly recommend!!”

I had reserved at another company but when I went to pick up, there were issues and I thought I would have to cancel our family vacation. “The car was great and with low mileage which I had to request because the first vehicle offered had 56k miles on it. Lastly, I appreciate you washing the car but the windows are dirty and frankly a hazard. While your employees are not busy, maybe they can keep the windows and mirrors clean.”
