“I had originally wanted a Jeep Wrangler but unfortunately there weren't any available when I arrived. The two employees who were sitting in the pick-up booth did their very best to give me a satisfactory replacement and the whole ordeal was quick and smooth. Furthermore, when I arrived back on Sunday to drop the car off, the one employee (I believe his name was Marco?) was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my whole experience with the Sixt Boston Team was incredible and my rental was well worth the money.

Great customer service, family owned, easy to deal with & you’re supporting a small business, instead of giving your money to the big rip off companies who don’t care about you at all! I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. After going to 6 locations Saturday with no cars for me… I gave up! Seen VVS on my snap, got a reply within minutes & he told me to come on Sunday. Despite being closed… he went out his way to get me a rental car! I even needed a different car a few days later, only due to size, swapped out with no problem!! Best car rental service I’ve ever used! Highly recommend!!”
“Amazing experience renting with Budget at this location. Staff went above and beyond for me and were so kind and understanding. I had reserved at another company but when I went to pick up, there were issues and I thought I would have to cancel our family vacation. Budget took my last minute reservation and I was in and out within minutes. The fleet of cars are great, newer and the car we got was so clean and with a full tank of gas. I will only rent from them for future needs.”

“The car was great and with low mileage which I had to request because the first vehicle offered had 56k miles on it. Lastly, I appreciate you washing the car but the windows are dirty and frankly a hazard. While your employees are not busy, maybe they can keep the windows and mirrors clean.”
