I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. She understood an issue and referred us to a local repairer of specialty parts that would have been able to do the required work (Welding) rather than taking us on themselves and replacing parts and being a large expense.
The knowledge she has of local businesses in the area and who to trust is probably worth a gold mine, and the fact that they would rather refer to the right business than take on the work speaks volumes in todays age.
Note: She did say they were booking regular mechanic work 2.5 weeks out from the day I visited, so they can be busy!”
