“Helped me package & mail important documents properly (not their job). Super “Murica” to dump on USPS workers (just looking at a LOT of USPS reviews) - if you don’t like the climate in general as a customer then not much will please you…they’re federal workers, these are the conditions our tax dollars provide for most government employees - we just happen to see USPS workers most, typically. Mistakes happen but it’s stunning that we rail on normal people for doing their jobs, and let politicians rob us blind while putting these employees with limited resources in our warpath when an envelope rips in transit. They’re not your doorman or concierge or sommelier, they’re mail processors who take a lot of garbage from literally everyone. It is a great place for some folk to go practice kindness ?”

The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!”
“I went in a week ago and it was beyond busy. I overheard salty language, noticed a mountain of boxes waiting for UPS to pick up, a growing line and not enough help. There was one woman standing behind the register, not doing anything. Perhaps she was a trainee? The one woman that was working was doing a fantastic job, quickly juggling multiple transactions, working the computer, the phone, etc. - which was extra amazing considering she had one arm in a sling.

The manager, Shan Achhiwala, really cares and it shows; he does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. The gentleman working there—he might’ve gone by “Mo,” though I’m not certain—was absolutely incredible. His customer service was exceptional. He helped me unpack the suitcases and reassured me not to worry, that he would take care of packing everything himself.
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced that level of compassion and service—especially at a UPS Store. You could tell he was just a genuinely kind and caring person. The young woman at the front, whose name I didn’t catch, was also warm, helpful, and had a lovely smile. She was about to help me, but he kindly told her, “Don’t worry, I’ll pack it—you can help the next customer.”

Shawndell patiently but very efficiently helped me to tape those packages, scanned them so I was out of the door much faster than expected.
