“Exceptional service despite the store not having what I needed in stock. The agent there (Fri eve 3/1) went out of his way to try and help and not just for me. I watched him deliver exceptional service to everyone who came in. He was not only speaking with people in person but coordinating his efforts on the computer and on the phone, all at the same time. At one point someone thanked him for his help and he simply replied, "that's what we do here." Verizon is lucky to have this gentlemen, whose name now I wished I got.”

“I've had netBlazr for almost 10 years (as long as it's been available in my building) and everything about the service has been phenomenal. In those 10 years, I can think of maybe 3-4 times the service went down and every time a rep knew exactly what was happening and was able to estimate a time of restoration; the customer service is great. The speed is what attracted me as both upload and download were the fastest available and often what I measured (using SpeedTest) was higher than what my plan quoted. Small bonuses: no extra equipment in my condo (they installed a jack where there used to be a phone line) and I was able to use my own WiFi router—Xfinity and other seem to penalize you for not using their proprietary one. Highly, highly recommended if it's available in your building.”

“I can't say enough about the service I received at the Danvers location on Maple St. The staff was engaging, polite, patient and extremely professional. Jared helped me to select the right phone, set it up and walked me through each procedure. He also took the time to organize my apps on the phone screen.. I am challenged, at times, with technology yet he made every question I had a teachable moment. I was never made to feel incompetent. The staff overall is very receptive and friendly. Jared was so considerate that I switched all my devices to Verizon. Jared is a real asset to the Verizon company. I had to return later with another question and Charlie took care of me with the same patience and consideration. Kudos to Verizon for employing such fine young men.”

“Signed up with T Mobile yesterday and was helped by Alexis. He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”

“My experience at this store was fantastic! Our mobile expert Alyah, did an outstanding job at making our transition from a different carrier a breeze. She helped us set up all of our lines, all of our phones, and taught us all of the different perks offered with the service. Alyah made us feel welcomed! “I came in with my mom and Levar was so great! My parents live in Malaysia and come to visit me for Thanksgiving into New Years. It's always a pain for my parents to figure out their phone lines when they visit (to the point where my dad doesn't even bother and relies on me, my mom, and Wi-Fi to communicate). My mom had an AT&T line and has been trying to cancel her account for months with no avail. We came into T-Mobile to get her a new line and say good riddance to AT&T. Levar was so attentive and presented all options to us to make sure we're not paying more than we need to. He helped her set up the line and took her through step by step. At the same time he helped me utilize the full benefits of my plan by setting up my Netflix and Apple TV account payments. There was also a promo that gave me a third line for free which I can now give my dad!! Thank you so much, Levar. Truly made our night!!”

“I have to say I started out by having a fair few issues with Xfinity in general for both my broadband and phone. And I dont really like calling them up and dont think the phone customer service is great. But I have to say - all the times I have come to the store in person to fix issues that have caused me grief - they have been wonderful. Its the only reason why I probably am still with Xfinity. The staff at this store has always helped fix my problems - whether it was to give me my modem, port my phone across, help fix an international roaming billing nightmare. Astrud and Danny at the store are really helpful. Thanks again.”

“I had a great experience at the Boylston, Verizon store. I was having issues with customer service reps over the phone, so decided to go into the store for some help. I was helped immediately (no wait time), and the manager was knowledgeable and fixed my problem very quickly. He even gave me a number where I could directly reach him, if I had trouble when I got home. He went above and beyond! Great experience.”
