“I have had many experiences with this Apple Store. Each time as pleasant and every staff person I worked with was beyond knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. I had complicated data storage questions and utilization of my device storage vs icloud for data management. I have worked with Taylor, Michelle, Scott, and Edgar who helped me each time. They were patient with my questions and helped me troubleshoot some data issues I had, as well as come up with a functional solution. I'm so grateful for this team. Highly recommend!”

But recenty I got so busy with my new born and when my phone was not working for a whole day I couldn't call anyone, I got so stress so I went in the store to ask for help and Jennifer was so nice to me and helped me so much.... she tried her best to look for a solution. “We were gonna go to ubreakifix to repair the back of the iphone 13 pro max but they quoted us over 200 dollars and the parts needed to be ordered (which wouldn’t have had the apple logo) which was gonna take days. This place did it in four hours, had the apple logo on the back and AT&T accepted with no problem when we traded in the phone.”

“We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldn’t fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didn’t make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didn’t seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!”
