62 Summer St Unit C, MaldenI love Eastern European food and hadn't had Moldovan; the flavor palate is amazing, it's like Polish, Ukrainian or Russian but different and delicious. The place is a different restaurant for breakfast and lunch, the two businesses just share the storefront, so this is like a gorgeous hidden surprise. The owner is the chef and the whole staff, so be nice to him, this is an artist at work sharing yummy food that's hard to find elsewhere. The place is clean and pleasant, there's a couple of tables on the sidewalk in good weather.

62 Summer St, MaldenThe pastries were yummy. We tried feta-dill and jalapeño poppers bikeenys and enjoyed both. Great texture, crispy exterior with a soft and creamy flavorful filling. The coffee was pretty good for the price, solid brew for a good value. No complaints here. The breakfast sandwich didn't quite land; it could use some work. They advertise selling dinner in the evenings and the pictures of the offerings looked delicious!

And they have a sign on the window that they just added a couple more vegan flavors, so I'm going to need to go back soon and try those. Pretty much anyone can find a decent selection of flavors they can eat.
Be warned though. Their smalls are huuuuuuge.

We've gotten Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Canh Cua, to name a few. It does get pretty busy but worth the wait. Plenty of folks get take out too but always better to eat in restaurant. The staff moves fast.

655 Eastern Ave, MaldenThe price for this big plate of rice is $17. Pretty standard. I like how it's quick service and easy to park. The menu is pretty various so you can have lot of options to choose from. As Vietnamese I rate this place 4/5 for taste. It is standard for sure. Will come back for that quick and hearty Viet food.
