“The team at the Verizon store in Needham is first knowledgeable, and second, they're fun. I wasn't in there 5 minutes and John, my rep, had ready answers for my technical/hardware issues. We had a few good laughs as others on the team joined in our silly banter. Best of all, I got out of there for less than $100 that day. Like Arnold said a long time ago, I'll be back! ?”

“Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix seem personably-outgoing and technically-proficient. Kean replaced my laptop's screen--parts they warranteed for one year--replaced the storage drive with a larger and compatible SSD I'd bought from Amazon, and copied all my files. When excluding the cost of the drive, the repair cost about $330, which was 60% of Best Buy's Geek Squad estimate of $550. Additionally, Kean found a warped battery that could have ruined my computer, and I paid about another hundred for him to replace it, also having a warrantee--well-worth the cost, considering what the old battery could have damaged. I also told them the stylus had stopped working, which Kean got working--didn't even charge me. My job wasn't even an easier one, due to the BitLocker encryption on my original Windows 11 drive he didn't initially know about, but they did not raise their quote, and they kept me fully informed about the job status. Geek Squad would have charged me tons more for all of this. Going with Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix helped me a lot. I'm happy.”

I came into the store after a very distressing experience with an AT&T phone representative that left me frustrated and in tears. Emely immediately stepped in with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused approach. She took full ownership of the situation and advocated on my behalf to ensure my issue was properly addressed and resolved.
What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did she resolve my concern, but she personally went behind the scenes to find a box for my return, carefully packaged the device herself, and secured the shipping label so everything was ready to send. That level of initiative, care, and attention to the customer experience is rare.
Paolo also stepped in to assist and provided supportive, professional service throughout the process. Together, they turned a very difficult situation into a positive one.
Emely’s leadership, compassion, and commitment to customer care restored my confidence in AT&T. Employees like her represent the company at its best, and I strongly believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. “I had such an amazing experience at the Southbay AT&T. I worked with Jasmine the manager and Joessy as well as a few different staff members, they were extremely busy but also supportive and attentive to each one of the customers they were helping. “I called EVERY shop within a 5 mile radius. This one is the best. They repaired my samsung s24+ when no one else was willing to. The screen came apart from the casing after i blew air in the charge port when i get a water warning. 1 shop i wont mention told me the phone is trash.
