I recently bought tire irons here for 7 bucks a piece. O'Reillys lists the same brand tire iron at a price of 36 dollars. Always check harbor freight first!”

“I'm not a fan of rating places like this. This is a solid neighborhood hardware store much like it's neighbor in Florence. They have an impressive selection of neighborhood hardware store stuff. You're not going to go here to get wood You're not going to go here to get appliances but if you know what they have you know why you love them. All I would say is wander their aisles and decide whether you want to drive to Hadley.”

“I bought 2 expensive ebikes on Amazon and was weary after I put them together. I figured I would go to a bike shop to have them "serviced" to ensure safety. I brought them to a bike shop in East Longmeadow, but they would not even look at them since I did not purchase from them. They did recommend this shop. I was more than impressed! Highland did not hesitate to service them and ensure they were safe in every way. They adjusted the brakes, realigned the tires, ensured the stability...etc. My nephew knew things were not stable and secure even though we had tightened screws ourselves. So we are so thankful for their help and will go back for any maintenance in the future! Their price was so reasonable and turnaround was less than 48 hours!”

Easy store layout with flooring samples to take. Check it out first, before going to the big box stores.”

“I always try to shop small and love coming to Kos Hardware. I always buy their homemade birdseed (excellent value!) and her prices are much cheaper than big box stores. But because it's close to my home too, I'd much rather shop here because you are in and out, quick. Can't beat the small business feel when you go in here. And they now offer Benjamin Moore paints, which I've almost always used and been pleased with. (When I didn't use that brand, I was reliably displeased with the results.)”
“Lowes is always my go to over any other big box hardware store, and specifically the Hadley one. I sometimes have had to deal with long waits when I place a pickup order, but otherwise people are kind and ready to help. Had a really fast pickup experience today—then I cut my hand open in the middle of loading and needed to get some help. Carter and Chase were readily available and made quick work of loading the rest of it. Really appreciated it.”
“I had purchased a Tuff Shed this summer through Home Depot. It is time to insulate it and finish it out. While all stores have the fiberglass R13 insulation for the 16”OC 2x4 walls, none have the insulation for the 24”OC 2x4 roofs. Olivia at the service desk was very helpful today tracking down answers for my question about product availability. I came in during my lunch break and some of my questions about installation and possible alternatives could not be answered by the staff on hand. I provided my name and number to Olivia and she relayed it to Randy who called me back within the hour. Randy answer all of my questions and came up with some available and cost effective alternative ideas working around the current shortage in fiberglass shortage”
“Let me preface this by saying (no offense to hardware stores) but I think these are the most boring stores in the world. BUT! This Home Depot location gets five stars because they let in dogs. Which is great. Not sure if all of them do but this one does. Went shopping for blinds today for my brother's new place, and the worker who helped us was nice and knew what he was doing so that worked for us. I don't remember what his name was--sorry!! Stopping in the bathroom with my daughter to change her diaper and wow! This bathroom is the cleanest bathroom I've EVER seen in any store, anywhere. I even commented that to my mother and she laughed, it was great! Cashing out, had no problem doing so. The only issue that I had, was that my mom was looking around and at the register next to us, there was a couple who was arguing and all she did was GLANCE in their direction and the male told her to "mind your own f***ing business". THAT is not acceptable. I understand that the establishment itself has nothing do to with how a customer speaks, but still. That's not cool.”

My experience was different I was looking at showerheads and an employee named German not only asked if I needed help I did look lost but took the time to explain my options and how I could easily change it myself he was polite respectful and I appreciated the.
