“Pan Pan is the absolute best, he helped me set up a brand new phone when the motherboard to my old one got fried (10 minutes before he was supposed to close the shop. He stayed open just to help.) He got me a brand new phone with a fresh screen protector that was able to integrate with my current network, LIFE SAVER. I came back because the customer service was excellent and they helped me integrate all my apps into a new computer for similar price. Helped me maintain internal parts of my job twice at last minutes notice. Hands down 11/10. I’d spend the time to come downtown anytime than waste it at Target or Walmart.”

“I was in the AT&T Store @ the Burlington Mall on Tuesday4-14-26 The person that waited on me was named Mingh & he was fabulous...totally patient & informative. I was in to see about my older phone & find out if I could change from my older provider (T Mobile) & change over to AT&T,...He showed me a newer model to concider... he never pressured me to get the new phone... I took a few minutes to think about the new phone & decided to go with the new phone. He was great, explained everthing I needed to know about the new phone. I'm sure anyone working at the Mall store is great, However I'm so glad I got Mingh...he's the best”
