“Our visit was during the week 1 night from out of state. Plenty of parking, great customer service, and the room was spacious and clean. Not too far from Boston Children’s Hospital just give yourself time for traffic. We would definitely stay again.”

“Rooms are a little small, but well appointed for the season traveler - lots of electric plugs not hidden behind furniture.

Staff was great. Very accommodating”

“This was my first stay at Studio Allston, and it a was a great experience! I travel a lot, and don’t usually write reviews but everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Parking was super convenient and the location was perfect for my needs. Shout out to all of the amazing staff who helped with recommendations, directions, and making my stay super comfortable as a solo traveler. Thank you to Jonathan and Melissa who were the managers who assisted me. Klara was incredibly warm and welcoming upon check in. Shout outs to Mollidy, Dezarae, Ashleigh, Lucas, and Ervens who were ready and willing to lend a helping hand whenever I had a question, or got turned around on my way to the lobby. Traveling alone can be nerve racking but these guys made my stay great! Will definitely be back.”

“I stayed at The Liberty Hotel in Boston from March 13th–18th, and I’ve got to say this place is something special. The whole “former jail turned luxury hotel” concept is executed perfectly. The architecture, the preserved details, the atmosphere… it’s like they took “Jails Incorporated” and made it first class. Definitely one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve had.
The service across the board was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with front desk, housekeeping, staff was professional, welcoming, and on point the entire stay. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
All in all, The Liberty delivers. Great vibe, great people, great food. I’d absolutely stay”

“Clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable, decent breakfast, reasonably close to airport. No desk in room but I was able to use my laptop in the lobby. Staff were nice enough. Good value. I was a little nervous about our stuff in the car, but nothing happened to it so it worked out ok.”

“Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Beautiful lobby and bar. Lots of perks with your stay. Location is wonderful right in Assembly Row near all of the stores and restaurants, across from the T.

Omar is the best bartender (even though he was just covering the bar)!! He is hilarious, honest and holds a great conversation.”

“We held a offsite executive meeting at the Le Meridien in Cambridge. Went well! Ashley and Kara took care of every single detail and made the meeting run smoothly without any issues. Thank you to all the staff there, A/V, catering, service! Everybody there! THANK YOU!”

“The hotel is on a 4 lane divided road woth crazy traffic so getting in and out of the parking lot can be chaotic. However the employee at check in was amazing! Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty typical for a Holiday Inn Express but it was all fresh and hot.”

“Such a pleasant stay here! I booked it from Agoda for a night stay. They have spacious paid parking area underground and at the back for $15/day. Their service was so kind, the person in front office and restaurant during our breakfast were lovely. They have very proper room to have a rest, comfy bed, complete room amenities and good breakfast.”

“This location offers a beautiful view of the city, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff has been wonderful. The breakfast is delicious with made to order omelets, fruit, waffles, bacon, sausage and other items. And it is close enough that a short walk through the park and you can catch a train or bus to wherever you need to go. Definitely look forward to staying here again. The only negative experience we had was having a rep try to sell us on additional stays every single day.”

“Everything about our stay during the blizzard of 2026 was fine. The staff was very pleasant and upbeat despite the stressful conditions.

They should really change their website and print marketing to reflect that the restaurant is not actually open 7 days a week. We were kind of scrambling for food options due to this misinformation.”

“The only negative was that the room was a little small, with only about a foot of room between the end of the bed and furniture.

But the room was very comfortable, and very conducive to sleep. Everything else was good.

The staff at the desk was always very helpful and friendly. During check-in, while making a request, and check out, everybody was very helpful and friendly.

I didn't know what to expect in downtown Boston, but this was affordable but very pleasant. I would definitely stay again.”

“Centric embodies the word for the location down the street from MBTA orange line back entrance STATE st stop up the block from HAYMARKET. Central to FANUIEL hall. DOWNTOWN Boston and others.
On premises restaurant is priced for tourists over charge for simple fare. i.e. 15 dollars for three pancakes.
When it comes to the rooms. All I can say is welcome to your Tiny Home Bedroom. No desk, you will need to go downstairs or work off the tray table.
More than two people in the room. You will be nose to nose.
Standard size hotel furniture in a tiny space.
Perks as much free Poland spring water as you want.
Stay here if your company is paying.
Because for what you get.
The price is way way too high.
I am a fan of the Hyatt brand but this property only gets aces for location and helpful staff.
Otherwise it's a no return in my book.”

“We stayed here for a week and were quite happy with the room, staff, pool, and free breakfast! We did not have a single issue here and it was a great location for driving around. You can get to an abundance of locations within 20 minutes (Salem, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.). Thank you for such a great experience for our first time in MA!!

Rooms: The rooms were clean and maintained well by cleaning staff each day.

Nearby activities: There are an abundance of activities to do near the hotel. Salem is just a 20 minute drive away which has a lot of shopping, historical homes, museums, etc. We enjoyed the arcade and laser tag around the corner. It was also just a few minutes away from a few beautiful shopping malls and plenty of restaurants.

Safety: Safetywise, there was always someone available at the front desk. It felt pretty safe for the most part, however there is no key access to get into the actual lobby, so anyone can really come in and sit in the lobby which made me a bit fearful at times. However, because the hotel is fairly far to walk from a lot of main areas in MA, it remained safe throughout our stay.

Walkability: I would say that if you are attempting to walk places, youre going to be walking a minimum of 30 mins. To get anywhere aside from homes and trees. We drove everywhere and most places we went were about 5 mins. away by car with the exception of Salem which was only 20 mins. away.

Food & drinks: The free breakfast included was great. It was made fresh each morning and I loved the waffle and pancake machines! They always had plenty to fill us up so that we didnt have to eat out all the time while we were there. They also have snacks available in the lobby to purchase. I loved that guests also have constant access to tea/coffee in the lobby.

Outside of the hotel there are many restaurants located within about 5 minutes of driving (Olive Garden and Torito were our favourites).

Noteworthy details: The firepit at the back of the property was a great addition to our stay, but it was very buggy so I would suggest bringing some bug spray with you. A lot of mosquitoes and beetles that would follow you in either on your clothes or hair since it is a woodsy area.”

“Stayed at this hotel due to a unforseen circumstance during traveling. I could not have asked for a better hotel stay after that horrible travel day! Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Great bathroom and in-suite kitchen.

I would absolutely come and stay again. The staff was also very nice in helping me figure out how to use the shuttle to get back to the airport the next morning.

Breakfast was also amazing.

Overall great!”

“We stayed in the standard queen room. Much respect for the designer who squeezed a bed, bathroom, and a closet in 175 sf. Be forewarned that bruised shins can be expected when navigating to the bathroom, especially at night. Once in the bathroom, don't linger in the shower because the ventilation is minimal. And don't linger on the toilet for the same reason.

Helpful hint: use the lobby bathroom for BM's. And when you want to relax, go to the lobby for some comfortable chairs and sofas.”

“The location of the Hotel is very good since once can travel with Subway to anywhere in Boston. The room was clean and cozy and the staff were friendly to help out even at 3AM. I would recommend to choose Hampton Inn for the stay over other near by options.”

“Very clean, compact, comfortable room. Nice coffee maker. Clever use of space for storage. Excellent location literally across the street from the railway station. Helpful staff. Small business centre downstairs with internet access. Attached restaurant looks good but I didn't go so cannot comment.”

“We were welcomed by Jose very polite, efficient and great smile) at the frontdesk. We arrived early, our room was available and we got it right away. The breakfasts are very good and Arlinda is also always smiling and make sure that everything is hot, full,… Mr Christopher, the general manager is very very nice too and comprehensive. All the personnel is very polite and they always are smiling. Our room is big and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and we recommand this hotel, only about 20-25 minutes from downtown Boston.

Rooms: Our room was a 2 queen beds and enough space for our 5 days stay and a good desk to work with the computer.

Nearby activities: A great bike lane for jogging about 3 minutes from the hotel.
And less than 30 minutes from downtown Boston on interstate 93.”

“My plane at Logan got cancelled. Needed an overnight stay. Close to Logan in an industrial area. This hotel cost $67.00 a night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is somewhat new so everything is clean and tidy. It is staged with an antique theme. It was originally a sewing machine factory so it is decorated and plays off of that theme. There are antique machines displayed on the wall. The front desk is made up of old suitcases.. The parking is free and accessible. What more could you ask for for for $67.00's. It may not be the Ritz but it sure (ain't) the motel 8.
either If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay go mo further.”

“Had great experience staying here with family and friends. Rooms could be better and ask for makeover specially the bathrooms. Bathroom had slider door but no locks, so keep that in mind. Beds were comfy with clean sheets and pillows.
Breakfast was a delight with freshly made omelettes right are the counter. It's little far from downtown but then very close to Burlington mall and Tesla supercharger.
They have 2 CCS chargers at sight but they always showed busy on the app and were hard to locate so better spend 5 mins and charge at the SC.
Free parking was a plus.
Staff were friendly and responsive. If I visit Boston again, we'll definitely consider them for sure.”

“The heavy glass shower door does not stay closed. There is no anti-slip mat for the shower. which is dangerous. It takes some time hot water to get up to the fourth floor. All the rest is fine the baddest comfortable in the heat can be controlled by a thermostat which is in the room. Not too much noise traffic because you can't open the window for fresh air.”
