“It is nice to have a local store where I can try on athletic shoes. Each brand has different sizing and ordering online does not work. The sales’ staff is fun and friendly and it is a pleasant experience to shop at Fleet Feet!

I need to add to this review! I made a big mistake, that involved me needing to return brand new shoes, but WAY past their deadline. I told them I would understand if the answer was no. But they listened to me and understood what happened-totally my fault. (These were shoes I had tucked away for the summer.) The two excellent clerks were in a tough position. They don't get to make these decisions. But one of them texted their boss, and they agreed that in this case a store credit would be appropriate. They did not have to do that, but they recognized me as a regular customer and wanted to make it good for me.
I try very hard to support local businesses, and this business will see me over and over again, and I will be recommending them to all my friends!”

She took the time to listen to my needs, analyze my stride, and walk me through several options until I found the perfect pair of running shoes. She made the whole process fun, not overwhelming, and I left with shoes that feel amazing.
On top of that, Janeen helped me pick out some running clothes that are both comfortable and stylish. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and prepared. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers.

“Brought in some bikes to get checked out for safety. They were donated for use at the group home where I work. Scott in the bike shop looked at the bikes right away and told me about the things that needed to be fixed for safe riding but didn't try to upsell me on a service we didnt need for lightly used leisure bikes. He was efficient and friendly.”

“We love this Fjällräven store! The staff at the Ann Arbor location are always helpful and pleasant. Today I stopped by to pick up accessories for a new kanken backpack I’d bought on a third party site - the sales associate spotted that it was a FAKE and helped me report it and replace it with a real kanken bag. She also went above and beyond searching through inventory to find me the colors of accessories that I wanted. We stop by every few months and are very glad to have this local store, and grateful for the kind employees who work there.”
“I recently visited Lids to purchase some hats for my son's birthday. The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful, providing me with solid suggestions and answering all of my questions. I wish I could remember her name, but I lost the paper with it on it.
I ended up purchasing a U of M hat and an old school Pistons hat for my son, and I also had the stitch work done on one of the hats. I am extremely happy with the way the hat turned out, and I highly recommend Lids to anyone looking for a great selection of hats and friendly customer service.

“The customer service is amazing! Cashier was very kind - I wasn’t a rewards member, but she helped me sign up quickly. She also let me know the item I was purchasing was cheaper online and price matched it for me - I had no clue! After, I needed to change my toddler, and the employees were very kind in helping me find the restroom. Will definitely be back!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I purchased a 35' rainbow parachute from them. They were quick to ship and it arrived exactly as described. It was clearly quality and well-made. We used it and (unfortunately), due to a small defect, it ripped. Given that this was a 300+ parachute I didn't expect them to replace it- but I reached out to see if they had recommendations on how to fix it. Their help was so prompt and caring. If I had lived closer they would have repaired my existing but instead they mailed me a brand new one! Sue, in particular, at customer service was amazing (calling, emailing, everything). Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat!”

“They have a lot of good shoes here all of the newest releases. Would highly suggest it. The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”
