“Location: 16861 Marsh Rd, Haslett. Also known as Bath branch. Close to M78/ W Saginaw Rd near I69 on-ramp. This location is larger than nearby Okemos branch. More convenient prkng. It's usually less busy. Normally just use the drive thru. Recently renovations to ATM area. Hope they didn't do away with the inside teller stations. Will update next time I visit.”

“Visit here to talk with Financial Services (cuz I'm so filthy rich... Not!). First time in this branch. It's one of the new models of CU. No bank of tellers. No mysterious staff working out of side offices doing Lord knows what. Instead you walk in, register on a tabletn staying why you are there (walk-in, appt, etc) then someone pops out a glass enclosed cubicle and gently guides you to their desk where you do you business. I like both bank models (old fashioned and this space age model). Today's visit went well and swell until I got busted trying to take a picture of the interior. I guess that's what bank robbers do. It's deleted. Got some exterior shots though.”

“This is by far the best branch I have visited. The tellers are very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this LAFCU location to anyone wanting small town charm!”

“I was with my sister, have been several times now. The teller's are always friendly and helpful. We have never waited in line at the drive through. Teller's complete the transactions quite quickly compared to several CU I have accounts at.”

“I live out of state and needed to set up my parents CASE account for online banking. Called customer service and was assisted by Becca. This was by far the most efficient and pleasant experience I have ever had with a financial institution. Becca was courteous, professional and made the process easy to follow. Thank you Becca.”

“The renovations are incredible! I love that you just come in, sign in, and then you sit down with someone. It's a much more personal experience now than it used to be standing at a counter. They also are very efficient for whatever you are there for. Incredible experience!”

“I enjoy the personal attention my DFCU Representatives give. They all have been courteous and knowledgeable about all the questions I have asked . My local DFCU treat me like family! I love this. The Branch manager Ann B. has been spectacular. And Shout Out to Leo N. He helped me with getting a car loan. He took time to thoroughly explain the process. The friendly staff and excellent customer service has been exemplary.”

“This is the best bank to bank with; hands down. I have had nothing but great experience with Gabriels community credit Union. They exceeded my expectations. If you’re living in Michigan, and especially if you’re reside in the tri-countyArea near the capital city of Lansing, I’d suggest you start banking with Gabriels community credit Union. They have great staff and very likable people there working diligently to help customers meet their financial need. Looking to start and build your credit look no further, Gabriels Community Credit Union got you.””

“This credit union is far superior to any bank and of the hundreds of times I have been at branches and needed any form of assistance they have been nothing but helpful. I will absolutely never deal with any other financial institution for my person finances. From ordering foreign currency to loans, I have nothing but good things to say about MSUFCU.”

“I am seeing a lot of reviews attacking MSUFCU for the new Abbot and Albert branch. My response is this: don't go to that one. It was very clearly designed for easy access to the students on campus, which is the primary function of this bank anyways. None of the on campus locations are particularly easy to get to by car, but they aren't designed to be. The branch at the student union has parking out front, should you need it, and the one further down grand river (near where cottage inn pizza is) lots of options for parking. If you absolutely can't spare the extra 5 minutes to walk to the bank, the branch located on mount hope and farm lane is only a few miles from where these other branches are located.I have been with MSUFCU for 2-3 years and have had only good experiences. Great rates on credit cards and personal loans, great yield on the savings builder account, and great staff at every location I have visited. I plan to keep all of my banking (including my eventual mortgage) through this institution. Thanks for everything!”

“Its a small office on Collins Road but everyone has a BIG HEART. The personalize customer service is great coming in and everyone knows your name. I love my Collins Road LAFCU. I trust them and my confidence in all my bank transactions has always been 100%.DENA”

“I joined MSU FCU and started coming to this location about 6 years ago. I have observed some of the most patient and hardest working employees here. I am so grateful for you all. Thank you for your wonderful service. PS. The music is usually good in there too :D”

“If you need a simple transaction (I.e. deposit, get cash, roll of quarters, etc.). DO NOT GO HERE. There are no tellers. Only representatives at their own desk that come grab you when it’s your turn.. when we got there each representative had a person they were working with, we were roughly fifth in line… took 20mins to get to us which we then made our deposit of cash which took 2 min… each representative had the same customer at their desk when we got there and when we left, other than the one we worked with, whom went through 5 customers before us.. silly system.. I get the idea, but there needs to be at minimum a couple tellers to take care of quick transactions.. we were there at 2pm, I can’t even imagine how long it would’ve been if we were there during a busy time!!That being said, I must say, our representative was very kind, positive, and smiled. He made our transaction quick and easy!”

“I detected a duplicate ATM charge on my monthly bank statement. Lake Trust has hired a third party vendor to process dispute claims like mine. I was fortunate to try to call this vendor from inside the Lake Trust branch on Lake Lansing Road. A staff person named Delaney was able to fight through the vendor's automated phone system and speak to an actual person. After 20 minutes of speaking to two different people, Delaney was able toget a claim number for me. I appreciate her tenacity because neither representative spoke English.”

“Great service! Massive shout out to Bree (spelling? Sorry) and Hannah who helped me sort out important documents to verify some bank transactions. They remembered my specific issue and checked on it unprompted every time I came in for other things during the following months”

“This is my favorite lafcu branch. Lafcu isn’t my favorite to bank with, I prefer msufcu but I still do some banking with lafcu and find this branch is the friendliest and fastest. I always know it will be quick, and the tellers are great.”

“Just opened account yesterday. And today thought I had lost my card, called in & the fellow I spoke with was very friendly & helpful. Instead of canceling out the card they locked it. then within moments of getting off the phone, I found it! called them back & again the lady I spoke with was very friendly asked if I had any plans or whatnot & told them just opened the day before. & she said welcome new member! & thought that was very nice of her! any way she was able to unlock my card & now is reactivated? All in all very pleased with Michigan First?”

“Just spectacular. I've been banking here for almost 40 years even after moving out of state because there's simply nobody better and I find their online options at least as convenient as anything I could do from a local branch. That said, they still have allied branches even in my state for times when I have to retrieve a cashier's check or other face-to-face transactions. The service associates are some of the most helpful and caring from any business i regularly deal with. CASE is the place for me!”

“I know people are leaving less than 5 * reviews, but Lake Trust has always been there for me whenever I need them. I've had to get new debit and credit cards twice since last year; the latest was yesterday just before closing. When I realized my account had been hacked I called the branch office right away and within the hour they made an in person appointment for me. They met me at the door, gave me a new card and had already cancelled my old card.It is easy to write a negative review when we're not happy, but Lake Trust needs to hear the positive remarks when we're pleased!Thank you!!”

“Pretty easy to do business with, long hold times if you call but I just walk in and am seen almost immediately. Low rates for auto loans as well. Glad I switched to this credit union.”

“Edit Oct 2023:everything has finally been updated at my local branch.Old review:Your ATMs never work and take forever to get fixed especially at the main branch on penn. Run down. Needs to be more like East Lansing branch. Looks like they put their money to the newer upscale areas outside of the capital area. Other then that ok to deal with.”
