“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

“I LOVE Linda! She is so sweet and friendly, always greets me with a big smile, and she is VERY patient.
My husband on the other hand, always comes back from the post office frustrated. He’ll say Linda wouldn’t “let” him ship something, but it’s his own dang fault. He didn’t follow the directions and he has something missing, or has to package it properly, or he didn’t bring any tape.
We laugh about it now, to see who gets their packages accepted by Linda.
She’s a vital part of this community, and I’m so grateful for her!!!”

“These folks have been extremely helpful on several occasions when I needed to track down an international package. They have contacted sorting facilities, checked personally with mail carriers, and actually called me back when they said they would. People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

“I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. The atmosphere of this location is so welcoming. You could sense that the whole staff worked well with one another to serve the customers that come in. That being said, this is an old building (cool in its own way) that needs work in the entranceway, and I've had mixed experiences but overall positive with the staff. Still bring all my packages here when I print and attach my own pre paid labels”
“After reading the reviews I was bracing myself for a bad delivery experience but I did tell myself I would leave a decent review if I didn't have any problems. The only issue I had was that they are slow to answer the door when you go knocking to check in. Other than that, I was in and out in about an hour and done before my appointment time.”
