“After reading the reviews I was bracing myself for a bad delivery experience but I did tell myself I would leave a decent review if I didn't have any problems. The only issue I had was that they are slow to answer the door when you go knocking to check in. Other than that, I was in and out in about an hour and done before my appointment time.”
“Whoever Crystal is, she went above and beyond to help locate a package, I assumed was scattered across the cosmos. Within fifteen minutes, it was here. ? Even if it wasn’t, her kindness made my day.”
“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“I recieved exceptional customer service from the representative Ranisha and the male manager on duty. Ranisha immediately greeted with a smile and helped me solve my package issue with a positive attitude. She was professional and knowledgeable. “I have recieved courteous & professional service from postal clerks, and on the other hand recieved service from rude, unprofessional clerks. This is the location assigned to my residence. So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...”
“I LOVE Linda! She is so sweet and friendly, always greets me with a big smile, and she is VERY patient.
My husband on the other hand, always comes back from the post office frustrated. He’ll say Linda wouldn’t “let” him ship something, but it’s his own dang fault. He didn’t follow the directions and he has something missing, or has to package it properly, or he didn’t bring any tape.
We laugh about it now, to see who gets their packages accepted by Linda.
She’s a vital part of this community, and I’m so grateful for her!!!”

People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

“I had one of the most pleasant experiences at the Post Office today. Devin and Sharmayne are the best. Not only were these two knowledgeable but efficient. The atmosphere of this location is so welcoming. You could sense that the whole staff worked well with one another to serve the customers that come in. I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“Had to ship a return item. It was quick and effortless. My only qualm was that I needed to tape the return label to the box and was informed that I needed to purchase my own tape.”
“Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”
“The Associate who attended to me went above and beyond to help me get the best and cheapest mailing option to send a package to my nephew in the U.K. She explored different mailing methods and found that sending it as a Priority Mail - Flat Rate envelope was the best way to go. This proved to be much cheaper than sending it using my own box. She even gave me extra envelopes to take home for future use. I don't remember her name, but she is highly worthy of commendation!”

That being said, this is an old building (cool in its own way) that needs work in the entranceway, and I've had mixed experiences but overall positive with the staff.
