“The customer service in store was excellent. Ordered 3 pair of shoes to be delivered, I have yet to receive an email confirmation with any status updates. But I received an email with the review request so I know they have the correct email.”
“Ray was very knowledgeable and helped me select shoes that fit much better than my existing shoes. I had good quality Hoka shoes, but unbeknownst to me, they were not really the right shape for my foot. The new ones are basically the same cost as the old ones, but they clearly fit my feet better. He guided me also to inserts that improved the fit further, and also tied the laces differently to hold the heel better. (I also left with better socks and nice pants.) It really was a perfect experience for selecting shoes.”

“Great customer service! Sales reps listen to your boot needs then recommend the best appropriate boot. Note that besides the Red Wing brand, Irish Setter, Vasque, and Worx (all owned by Red Wing) are available to try / purchase at the store. Exchanges are easy and welcome - ensure to inquire about return/exchange policy. BTW Sales reps will recommend based on need not on the most expensive... Quite the contrary. Highly recommend this location. I bought the Irish Setter Hopkins in brown / wide width (EE). Looking forward to using them.”
“100% recommend this store!! I wanted to start jogging but needed help finding the right pair of shoes. As soon as I walked into the store, Chelsea asked how she could help and I explained my goals. She took detailed measurements of my foot and watched me walk to ensure I had the best fit. To say it was a customer-focused experience wouldn't give Chelsea all the credit she deserves! She went above and beyond to ensure I left the Running Niche with best shoes for my feet and not only did I feel that way, I also felt like I got world class service.”
“I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who never has good experiences anywhere lol. He was RAVING about this place after he picked up his boots. For 2 months he needed new work boots and we went to Chucks, Boot barn, you name it, and each time he returned the boots he bought. The customer service here is amazing, she told him how to take care of his boots and even gave him extra soles and oil. Thank you guys so much!”
“I visited Laurie’s Shoes in Rock Hill today to purchase a pair of shoes for my husband. It was my good fortune to have Jason Davis assist me with my hunt for the right shoe. He understood the needs I described and brought out the perfect shoe. He also walked around the store with me and helped me find a pair of shoes for myself. He wasn’t simply selling me shoes. He was helping me select shoes to meet our needs. He was also polite and friendly. I will ask for him when I return for my next purchase.”

“Forgive me if I got the name wrong, but Max is the man. I frequent all the resale stores in the area and I get recognized by Max every time I come in. Came in yesterday looking for a couple things but they didn’t have what I needed. Told him what I was eyeing up and he came back from the back room with a stack of SB Dunks pretty much exactly the type of releases I like. Instead of just letting me look at display shoes he went out of his way to find stuff they keep stored away to get me hooked up. Ended up walking out with two pairs and super pleased with the pick up and customer service. 10/10, appreciate you guys”
“I visited the store about a month ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and Travis, the store manager, assured me that he would help me until I found what I needed. He was very patient in walking me through several pairs of shoes and even sold me on getting a second pair so I wouldn't wear mine out so quickly and have more options to choose from. I'm a minimalist so I don't usually get multiple pairs of dress shoes but I'm glad I did. Travis is fantastic at what he does and I'm glad he's there. I'll be back in the future when I need new shoes.”
“Affordable prices, a variety of selections to choose from, friendly and trustworthy staff, what more can you ask for?! I shop here for 510-thread cartridges, and they are always kind enough to allow me to check that the product is not damaged/defective before buying it, as a common problem with 510 cartridges is fluid leakage.
I left my wallet there today on accident, and a kind staff member held onto it for me until I called the store! They tried everything they could to get a hold of me up until that point. My wallet was returned just the way it was before I lost it. Grateful and satisfied!”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. “Staff was great. Wide variety of widths and sizes, which is important because the person I was buying for was a 4E. I popped in on Saturday afternoon to pick up a gift for the next day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase a pair of shoes and was in and out in probably < 10 minutes!”

I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!”
“Great atmosphere. Low pressure. This is the only store I can shop in around St. Louis due to their selection of wide shoes. Customer service went the extra step to make me feel comfortable, point me in the right direction when I needed help, and made my feet feel better after I left.
