“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”

“This was my first time at the new location and it was wonderful! I went just before 10am on a Wednesday, and there was only a few other customers in the store. Jill was the worker there, and she was so sweet and helpful. She was efficient and professional and I appreciated her knowledge. The new place is so spacious and clean, too!”
“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”

“We worked with Twyla at a passport appointment and she got it done so quickly and easily! At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”
“I was not home when my lettercarrier tried to deliver a package that required a signature.
She left one of those notices to arrange another delivery attempt or go to the Post Office.
Later the same day in the evening, she came back and was able to get my signature and delivery my package.

“Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”

No issues with anyone working here. Workers are under a lot of pressure in this industry. Here, they seem determine to finish the task quickly and efficiently!
Arrive here close to when they open if in rush or generally like a chill atmosphere.
