Due to a global issue with the type of Samsung phone I had, my phone would not turn on and I could not get to my data. I was mostly interested in photos and videos of grandkids that had not uploaded to the cloud. The team at uBreakiFix kept working on the issue and after several attempts, Kevin was able to get it to turn on and get my photos uploaded to Google. He must be a Wizard!! “Stopped at UFixIt on Farnam St today and was met with fast & efficient customer service. Thank you Joseph for taking care of us, as my 3 boys are always having PS4 issues. I called a few other places who were out of our price range. Joseph let me know our PS4 would be fixed within the next 2 weeks, for only $69. But only had to pay $10 for the whole transaction to be processed, ( I only had $13) ?? blessings..She also took time to sign my phone up and I walked out the store new phone all apps working and email connected for cricket business and more....ACP is a blessing cuz I was just out the hospital and homeless but got connected on this phone and have been able to start changing my life's position.”

“I give the people at this location 5 stars they are always cool and friendly..metro itself 0 stars for the last 7 months they've shut my phone off at least 3 days before my due date for "non-payment" if my bill isn't due htf is it off for non-payment? And my phone has been off 3 days because I ran out of data so I did their $5 data top up and their payment system wouldn't accept my card (the one I use every month to pay my bill) so they shut my phone off because I didn't pay the $5 in time.”

“Stopped in for some billing questions, my bill has been too high for quite some time, not only was it and inviting atmosphere when I walked in but they took extra time to go over everything I’ve been paying for they set me up with a discount I didn’t even know I was able to get we knocked the bill down quite a bit and I added two watches to the plan still for less than what I was paying previously. They were so friendly and professional , I will definitely be stopping back in. Ivan and Paola were the associates that assisted me.”

“Dan H (manager at village point)made this process seamless and probably the best transfer of phones I have done with Verizon. He explained all the features and was so thorough. He’s extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient. He was quick in the process from start to finish. I will keep using him as long as I can because he was so great and efficient . I definitely will also be recommending him to EVERYONE I know!!! Please let him know I’m grateful for him making an annoying process so enjoyable.
