“I had never shampooed a carpet in my life...the nice gentleman that works here walked me through the entire process down to dry times and water temps and what chemical to use when. he even told me exactly what to get for my pet mess issue and the whole bill was waaaay under what i wouldve paid elsewhere. “Mike. F over here at this store, man.. can’t say enough about him.
I drove six hours north up here to pick up a load and our fork truck died in the parking lot.. Ran out of propane. It was two minutes before closing time when I called the store and he answered the phone. He waited 10 minutes after closing time for us to get there and refill our tank so that we could make it back down south by morning. This guy needs a raise or a promotion or something good.. Employees like him do not come around very often.”

“They were very extremely friendly with me when I brought my dog in! The moment I walked through the door she got asked to be pet and then got offered a treat. And it was just very welcoming, then they helped guide me to get what I needed there. And I had friendly conversations with multiple staff and they asked me to fill out this review. And since I had a great experience, I decided to share that it was a good experience. Of course, like all places they would like to push you to sign up for the rewards program and things like that, but it wasn't to the degree where the entire interaction became disingenuous.”
