“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”
“The Verizon store in Florham Park is a diamond in the rough - it’s great but has everyone noticed?Wins, the store lead, is on top of it from the moment you walk on. There might be one, or several customers in there, but up front, he asks you the reason for your visit and might get things going with you while he continues to work with another.So glad it is not a corporate store, as its community feel and personal attention is priceless. “Joe replaced an A/V receiver that failed from (I suspect) getting over-heated. He installed it, having to thread cables through the back of our floor-to-ceiling cabinet, and made sure there was adequate ventilation space around it, and room to install a cooling fan. He walked me through the process and basic operations. Quick, friendly service, a fair price. I've used Joe and his team in the past and have always been thrilled with the results. Highly recommended.”

“We were shopping around for some basic, affordable appliances. Fairfield Appliance Outlet supplies open box appliances with savings of 30-40% compared to Home Depot and Lowe's. New shipments of inventory are delivered every 2-3 weeks. They are open 7 days a week from 10-6, Sunday: 1-5 (hours may have changed). Their products are in great condition and supply name brand inventory. Most of the products on the floor are still wrapped in plastic. If I'm not mistaken, the only difference between FAP and Home Depot/Lowe's is the warranty. Home Depot/Lowe's May have the better warranty coverage. It was also a bit difficult to locate the entrance but we managed.”

“I had some issues at another T-Mobile store. The other store told me my paid warranty (Jump / 360) did not cover phones that don't turn on. Why did Ipay for 6 years to have a service contract???I called T-Mobile, they gave me this store. The staff here are excellent! No grumbling, didn't tell me anything negative, didn't say corporate doesn't know how to do warranty. ...had my replacement phone working in a flash.Excellent staff here!”

“I'm giving this place five stars because of this one guy who works there. He's tall, lean, usually wears a black hoodie, and is the NICEST person I have ever met working in a convenience store. Honestly like I have had two memorable interactions with this guy. He greeted me upon entering, asked me how my day was, made me aware of the 7-Eleven rewards program, and gave me a fond farewell...and I wasn't the only one who was receiving this treatment. Seriously this guy either needs a raise, promotion, or needs to work in fine dining because he's solid and knows how to make a guest leave his house happy.”

“Lots of negative reviews so I was very anxious about the trade in value I'd get after purchasing a Pixel 7 Pro. Additionally I sent the phone late according to PCS' own terms but within the timescale Google had advised in an email so was concerned how that would pan out as the estimates had gone down since.I've just been issued a credit of £205 which is higher than the estimate I'd initially had (I'd said the phone had a cracked screen just in case, the phone itself was mint) so they've actually accurately assessed it and revised up. All in all very happy.Doesn't excuse the other negative reviews or discredit those but definitely feels like a case of more bad experiences being shared and those who receive accurate valuations won't bother posting about them.TL;DR exercise caution but from HUKD comments and my own experience, it does work.”

“This store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was dealing with a complicated issue with my Internet for business and the customer service people told me to go to the store to swap out a broken router. Tanuj was incredibly helpful in trying to get the new one activated- unfortunately complicated by me not hailing a voice line with them.i don’t know the name of the young man working with him but he was also great, (this was Saturday 2/10). .Tanuj figured out a workaround. Unfortunately- through no fault of his- the new router was also defective. I went back yesterday and was helped by the manager Luis- he ended up having to try a few routers, including getting one from another location.His consideration, helpfulness, and patience are beyond words. As a long time Retail/restaurant worker, I was amazed at how he kept his cool even when dealing with corporate via phone when they just wouldn’t pay attention to what he was trying to explain,The You g man working with him was also amazing. I. Was there for over an hour while Luis figured things out and I witnessed nothing but great customer service the whole time.Bravo, and give all the employees there a raise. They deserve it.”
