“I recently had purchased an iphone and had activation issues. I had originally gone to a different T-mobile that immediately didn’t help me and insisted I go to apple instead. At Apple, they told me to go back to T-mobile as my issues were carrier related. Luckily I came across this T-mobile in the mall. I was met with great customer service and was quickly checked in. My original wait time was 26 minutes but turned out to be no more than a few minutes. Courtney helped me through the entire process of activating my phone and even went as far as to help me through my backup and everything. They ensured I left the store with everything working. I am not one to typically write reviews but i feel the least i can do is leave a positive review for such commendable customer service. Thank you guys once again.”
