I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com! “I visited the T-Mobile store at Menlo Park Mall expecting to resolve what I thought would be a simple issue, which ultimately turned into a more time-consuming situation. A store associate named Al assisted me immediately upon arrival and clearly explained the steps I needed to take, which I followed carefully. When the issue persisted, he took the time to work directly on my phone himself, but the problem still could not be resolved.
At that point, I suggested purchasing a new phone, and he agreed that it was the best solution. Throughout the entire process, he remained calm, patient, and supportive, ensuring I felt guided every step of the way. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication to customer service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance or excellent service at this location. Thank you”
“After having issues connecting my home cameras to my 5g i contacted the general customer service number and was told to visit the closest Optimum location. And so I brought my device to this edicon location to be switched out for one that gives me an option to connect to their 2.4g and 5g. The female representative assisted me with the exchange after the initial young male representative didn't seem to be familiar with that issue. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was in and out. I was satisfied with the service.”
