Dr. Earle, Melinda and Yolanda the receptionist are super professional and kind. They gave my baby Puggsly a pup cup, a treat and a ball super thoughtful. I understand that sometimes, with a high volume of customers and requests, things can get missed or overlooked. Although my first experience was disappointing, I appreciate that Nicholas took the time to reach out and make things right.
We all deserve a second chance to prove that our first impression wasn’t necessarily the reality. I’m willing to give this clinic a second chance and take that opportunity to see a different side of their service. Thank you, Nicholas, for reaching out and giving me that opportunity.

274 City Island Avenue, BronxI had the cold brew coffee today. I met someone for a quick meeting. This is a nice cozy spot in the heart of City Island, NY. This place is best known for their in-house coffee sourced straight from a farm in Colombia. That was exciting to hear.
The coffee tasted great and really had a nice kick to help me talk :).
They have some cool merch for sale and nostalgic art/posters. It’s a nice, chill spot and the food looked tasty. I’ll be sure to check that out next time.

My Boggie Down Chia Latte with espresso & oat milk was just how I like it! Music was cool, but not kid friendly as I had my two kiddos with me... but definitely a great adult friendly coffee shop experience! Next time I hope to buy some merchandise! Oh my cheddar... something... scones was so yummy... I also added honey for dipping! The little cookie cakes... didn't get the name were SO good too!!
