“I am going there for renew my passport and they take only 5 to 7 minute I think in Brooklyn there's a best walking place to doing anything for passport thanks”
“It was not that crowded and the teller was very helpful although she didn't scan my return for aroma360. I hope they received it. Apart from that she made the rest of time real friendly. I am going back again for more business.”
“NYC post offices can really be hit or miss and this one is the best one I've experienced so far. Advice I would give is don't show up 15 minutes before closing time or expect a line and testy customers and staff. If you go early in the day you can walk right up to a window. They are efficient and get the job done and are friendly if you have your business together and don't waste their and other people's time if you don't.”
“This very nice employee Mrs Arnold LEADSSA, very sweet and caring. My appointment was at 10:30 but when I arrived at 10 she took me in and I got my stuff done easily and left by 10:30! I really appreciate you! She’s very friendly too!”
“Been a few times as it's our neighborhood spot, but never felt compelled to write a review until today. Liam was patient, kind, and efficient. I've yet to have a bad experience with any of the reps at this location, too.”
“This is my favorite USPS location to drop off my packages. I usually go there once a week with prepaid box ready to go and they’re very friendly and service is quick. Probably less than 30 seconds with no line. There’s rarely a line unless the customer is unsure what they want to do.”
“I run a small business and always have a great experience shipping parcels at this post office. The staff are helpful and polite. They also have a one of the self service kiosks which is useful for sending prepaid mail when the post office is busy. Don’t listen to the grumpy old folks who moan about this place. The postal workers here work hard to help even though they are often understaffed.”
“Rob was very informative , kind, and patient with my urgent deliverable.
The place looks run down and the area doesn’t seem the nicest, but the staff is kind.”
“It's a Post Office, the rest is pretty much self explanatory... The only thing is, visitors must check in advance their busy hours and try to avoid them. Other than that, not much to add”

“The gentleman behind the counter offered friendly, professional, patient advice to my wife and I. Even after he was horribly berated, demeaned and physically threatened by the customer who preceded us in line. All because the worker told him he could only process one carton - to be shipped - at a time. I felt very lucky that there are still people like that post office employee around.”
“I was compelled to write a positive review due to seeing all the negative reviews on here. I have never once experienced a rude interaction with anyone that works at this location. I am always nice to them and they are always nice back. I have even shared a few laughs with them on occasion. I think people should be kinder and nicer to those who work in public facing jobs because they have to answer silly questions all the time, and explain things that can be found online over and over again. They’re probably overworked and underpaid, and they literally support an integral part of our lives.”
“I have been using this place for several years I believe since they open for business. I have never had an issue and the young man behind the desk has always been professional.”

“This FedEx is the best one in Brooklyn. Shirley was so helpful and patient (best customer service) and helped me pack my huge and fragile package. She even stayed later than closing time at 7pm to help me since packing my shipment was extremely complicated. Thank you so much Shirley! I really appreciated all the help and guidance in packaging bf something so large and complicated (for context, it was a 39x28x20 box full of ceramic artwork). They had “fragile” and “this side up” labels and printed my shipping label for me for cheap.”
“went in expecting long lines and unfriendly staff—based on other reviews—but was met with an incredibly pleasant surprise.
The team at the window was efficient and welcoming, taking time to explain and answer my questions. ie) packages left under the blue collection boxes aren’t picked up until day’s end so it's safer to quickly drop off at a window, and walking me through international stamp pricing.
Despite six people ahead of me, I was helped in under two minutes and out the door in eight. Highly recommend this branch for its speed, clarity, and friendly service!”
“Andrea has been the most friendly and empathetic sale associate I have ever encountered in any branch. She did not rush any of her customers and took her time to explain and listen. She has made my visit on 6/18 immensely positive.”
“By contrast with the main in Sutter Ave, in this branch, the personnel is always helpful, amazing and in good spirits. The kind of people you want in the neighborhood.”
“I visit this USPS location quite often, and I always leave with a positive impression. Even when there is a long line, it moves pretty fast. This is a small post office, and I think if someone expects faster service, they might want to visit a larger location with more service windows.
The staff at the counters are always polite, patient, and do their best to help each customer without rushing or showing frustration. I’m honestly sad to see that some people have had a negative experience here — my personal experience has been consistently positive.
The only thing I would suggest is updating the interior and keeping the space cleaner. A fresh renovation would create a much nicer atmosphere for both customers and employees.
Overall, I really appreciate this USPS office and the people who work there!”

“Love this place. Both the gentleman and the woman , very welcoming when you get to both their windows. Thank YOU for all you do. the woman by window on your right side is very welcoming and so is the asian man. Both very sweet.”
““I visited the US Mail office and want to express my gratitude for the excellent service. The employee who assisted me was very polite and professional. She answered all my questions quickly and clearly and helped resolve all my issues. Great job! It’s very pleasant to deal with such attentive and competent staff. Thank you so much for the help! Ms. Vasquez you the best!”
“have never had a problem w this post office. the employees are professional and the line moves fast. there is a self service kiosk and a separate glass closet for dropping off packages.”

“Miss Nancy is always in a good mood and is always extremely helpful! I stop by almost weekly and she never fails to have a smile. My children are usually with me and they love her! Great service.”
“I prefer to use this post office instead of Rugby. Yes, it's understaffed and sometimes slow like all post offices in 11203, but overall my experiences here have been good.”
“The two clerks here were very kind and helpful with shipping my flat rate envelope, as well as helping me prepare a prepaid flat rate envelope for my recipient to be able to send back. The other post office off Gates ave and Broadway refused to do this for me and told me I had to come here. I will only be going back to this place for sure!”
“I use this Post Office all the time! No issues ever! All my packages were delivered. I love that it’s so conveniently close to my residence. I wish they were open on Saturday.”
“There's always extremely loud music blasting in the back rooms where the employees work, while the line stretches out the door. Maybe someone could take a break from the dance party back there and take a turn at one of the teller windows?
EDIT: Updating my score to 4 stars. The bald teller and the one with beard (Angel) really do their best to keep things together, help people the best they can and keep the vibe positive. This place is kind of a mess overall, probably due to underfunding, but Angel & bald guy do put in the effort. They should both get a raise.”
“both the women who helped me get a passport appointment, and the woman who did my passport application were kind and so helpful. they answered any questions i had and were patient with me. there’s several post offices closer to me but i think i will return here in the future tbh”

“We had a great experience applying for a passport here. They were efficient and accommodating and within 15 min. we were done! Shout out to Jessica who was so friendly and helpful.
We actually received the passport only 2 weeks later without even expediting it!”
