“I recently went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade my Samsung S20 Note, and I had a really good experience. Not only were the employees kind, they literally spent hours trying to help me get all of my information transferred to my new phone. And when I mean hours, I mean HOURS! 😂 For some reason, my messages just did not want to transfer over.
Each employee took their time helping me while also dealing with a busy flow of other customers who needed assistance. Nobody made me feel rushed, and they kept trying until we got everything figured out.
I ended up with a good plan, a new upgraded phone—the Samsung S26 Ultra—and a good credit toward my new phone when I added another line, which worked out well for me.
Thank you guys for taking the time to help me out and being so patient through the whole process. I really appreciate it, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I visited this location, and Robiul took the time to explain how I could save money. He also offered me a free Samsung phone and helped me keep my same phone number during the switch to Boost Mobile.

“All I was going to do was discuss an issue that I was having with my bill and leave, instead I met a business woman, by the name of Lynn Serrano. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase.
