“Employees were great at both locations. The car reeked like weed, windows all dirty, brake rotors were warped bad so it shook every time you braked. All wheels curbed up like a highschoolers car, cosmetic damage all over the exterior. If you charge a premium price, you cant rent a beat up car. I can get nicer vehicles on turo.”

“Had a 3/4 ton truck rental. The whole process was easy and trouble free. The rental was covered under someone else’s auto policy so I don’t know if that played a role. But someone from the Latham location called me to confirm the reservation and see when I needed it. Customer service was top notch and the Ram 2500 was in great shape.”

“Extremely smooth check in process with little to no wait line. The girl who checked us in was super fast and helped us with a weird card mix up. The only thing was, they didn’t have our car we wanted on the agreement and apparently the only one available was a mini van. Which hey, I’m down to clown in a mini van, just really wanted to drive that other nice car ): wish I remembered her name, she had really good customer service. The check out was also extremely easy and fast and were able to get into the airport way quicker then I expected. I will definitely be coming back!”

After struggling for a week to find time to make it to the location due to working during regular hours he offered to stay after hours for me one day so I could get there to get a rental so I can finally get my car to the body shop. Deff knows how to go above and beyond to help a single mom with a million things on her plate .”
“No issues with picking up the rental or the rental itself. When I dropped off the car the total was noticeably higher than the estimate. Turns out I was just past the late return cut off and was charged an extra half day and a fee. The employee referred me to the manager who did me a favor and took the extra charges off. Good people.”

“I arrived at AIA on 06-30-24, at 2:45 PM to learn that, because my husband (Dr. Thomas J. Saporito) had prepaid my car rental using his name and his credit card, the car could not be released to me, according to Budget official policies. (However, a spouse is legally authorized to operate the vehicle under the rental Contract, so this contingent clause appears to be legally inconsistent.)Your Agent, Whitney, took incredible care of me and was able to find a way to get me a new reservation, in my name, with my credit card, at the same price as my husband had prepaid. She was professional, knowledgeable, and worked very hard with her immediate supervisors to help me. The other two Agents were also wonderful. Your team at the inside Budget desk is to be commended for helping me get to visit my Aunt before she died. Thank you for having employed these women. They are a credit to your Company. Denise O. “Honestly, great group they got here! My husband had to rent a car with them for a few weeks while his truck was getting fixed.
The group of guys he had were all super funny, super friendly, and all very sweet. My husband is a taller man and he was originally put in a car (not by choice, his truck was hit & this is what the counterparts insurance would pay for) he ended up calling his insurance & was approved for an SUV.
The guys at Enterprise got him into an SUV the very next day & were all so nice about it.
The team was great, the place was clean, and the SUV was great. If we ever needed to rent a vehicle again, we'd definitely go here!”
