“My family stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and updated, the breakfast included many different options and was always great, and there were often snacks by the front desk throughout the day to snag on the way out. The location was great for easy access to the State Park as well as crossing into Canada. My nephew lost his stuffy during a bedding change and the staff went out of their way to help us find it.
Thanks for a wonderful stay!”

“It is not in the best location, unless you need a drug store, a grocery store and love triple O's. The price doesn't reflect how far it is from everything, like it is definitely not walkable to the falls.
But, the rooms are very very comfortable, the pool area is nice with two large hot tubs and a nice pool. The restaurant is very reasonably priced and they have a pub with a good simulator.
Staff was very nice from check in to check out. Rooms were clean, maybe a bit dated but expecting a hotel to change their furniture every week is ridiculous.”
“If you're looking for some really good food, this is the place in Niagara Falls. We stumbled on this place years ago and have not stopped coming back. From the all-day breakfast, dinners, and lunches, you will not go wrong. For anyone that goes to Niagara Falls and tries to eat by the Falls, then you know you are paying more for the food and getting the extra tax on the bill. At the Manor the prices are very reasonable and no extra tax. You know a place is great when the locals eat there.
Nearby activities: Close to Falls and shops.
Food and drinks: Great prices.”
“Rooms are spacious but did not smell fresh. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the pool was absolutely packed...not a chair or lounger available and the girl explained that Spa people can use it too. I paid alot of money for a room for my daughter and I and we went to Spa as well but should have been able to find a seat by the pool...tried for 3 hours. Spa people should not supercede hotel people for outdoor pool. Service was incredible and wonderful from the front desk to the room service to the restaurant to those passing you in the hallway. Top of the line on all levels. Wonderful workers. They deserve 10 stars!”

“Room was very nice but smelled like smoke upon arrival. The transport to our restaurant was not available. No offer was made to offset the issues and was charged a fee at the end of the stay of $33. Not sure what that was for.”
“Stayed at weatherpine inn and attended a wedding at the pillar and post! The location is amazing and so close to downtown and all of the shops and restaurants! John is incredible, he was so kind and welcoming and showed us where everything was and gave us a booklet full of information and recommendations! The rooms are so cute and everything is very clean! We’ve already rebooked for a future stay, can’t wait to come back!”

“Our wedding at The Gate House on June 20th was everything we dreamed of and more — thanks to the incredible team at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa, Treadwell Cuisine, and our coordinator Melanie.
Melanie was a joy to work with — responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She guided us through every step with calm professionalism, helped bring our vision to life, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the big day.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning — elegant, intimate, and perfectly located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
And the food by Treadwell Cuisine was unbelievable. Every bite was delicious and beautifully plated. From cocktail hour canapés to the late-night bites, it was flawless.
Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding unforgettable. We feel so lucky to have celebrated in such a beautiful space, surrounded by such talented and kind professionals.
With sincere gratitude,
Leah & Brian”
“Delicious food. I ordered the smash burger and it was excellent. The Pattie's were nice and thin with that smashed crust you know and love and served on a slightly toasted Costanzo bun. I also tried their wings. We ordered 6 different flavors and I really liked them all.”

“Another amazing experience at the Oban Inn!
The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. Really appreciate Alexa, Jimmy and Bruce for the fantastic night.
The food was flavorful, beautifully presented and nothing short of exceptional. Big thanks to the kitchen staff and Chefs Johnny and Joey for the best food in Niagara!
In short this is a must-visit for anyone seeking a refined, yet welcoming meal in Niagara-on-the-Lake.”

“We stayed three nights in October. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable with nice linens. Though they don't have housekeeping every day, we had no issues getting additional towels and supplies as needed. The staff at the desk and the room service people were very helpful. The location was safe and good for shopping and restaurants. It was a short, easy drive to the Niagara Falls state park area. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa were available throughout the day and evening. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The breakfast area is smaller than most hotels and a bit crowded at times, but most days it was fine. There is a Tim Horton's Coffee & Bakery just down the street which gives another option for breakfast. The price point for the room was very good. We received a very decent discount on their website; it was less expensive than other booking sites. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience... great value, nice people and good location. I highly recommend staying. If we're back in the area, we will definitely stay again!”

“The stay was ok. We were there for 4 days. The breakfast was ok. The waffles and eggs were delicious. The sausage was not so good and the breakfast potatoes were horrible.
They offer bread, cupcakes, yogurt and also cold cereal. All are good.. They allow you to use the microwave in the breakfast area. They also do not have drawers to store your clothes. This is a great stay for one night, possibly a second. You can stay longer but you will have to keep your clothes in your luggage
The pool was great! I liked that.
Overall, it is a great price for a one or two night stay.
Rooms: The rooms were good. They do not have a microwave. They do have a coffee maker. Also make sure the fridge is working. Also most importantly they do not have drawers to store your clothes. You will have to keep them in your luggage during your stay. Great for a night or two.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was ok. They offer bread, cupcakes, yogurt and also cold cereal. All are good. The waffles and eggs were delicious. The sausage was not so good and the breakfast potatoes were horrible.”

“Got upgraded to a Kings Suite! The back of the Niagara falls was visible from the room. Complementary dine in breakfast was served for 2 people.
Nearby activities: 5 mins walk to Niagara Falls”
“It's a nice place to stay, and a great value. It's about 11 min travel from all the major attractions which is nice, you aren't constantly stuck in the tourist traffic. You're also right on main street in Niagra Falls so there is quick and easy access to literally everything from a pharmacy to target, home depot, etc. There are also a ton of restaurants to choose from, and basically any type of food you might want.
Breakfast was pretty good - the waffles are amazing, there just wasn't a huge selection.
We had a small snag in our initial room on our first night; our ac didn't work, so I went to the front desk at 6am and told them and we were immediately given a new room. Not only that, the man that helped me made sure that the new room was nearby so we didn't have to move too far, and he went and turned on the ac in the new room so it would be comfortable for us. My only complaint would be the beds, they aren't the comfiest and they're pretty noisy.
We highly recommend staying there!”
“Falls Avenue Resort.. Like Nowhere else, truly lives up to its slogan. I have worked here for almost two months now and it truly is an amazing place to work previous to joining Falls Ave, I planned to go into social worker, however now I do not see myself leaving Falls Ave, but rather moving up into employee services and making it a career. There truly is a job for anyone and everyone at Falls Ave, when I need an accommodation they had it completed in a matter of 24 hours. It comes down to the old saying treat others how you wish to be treated. This resort has everything from the Adventure City Arcade for Kids, The Family Friendly Falls view Indoor Waterpark, The Casino Niagara. as well as a plethora of dinning options - from fast take out (Starbucks, Freshii, Terrace Food Court which features a Pizza Hut and Great Canadian Burgers) to Pub Foods, such as Niagara Brewing Company and Billy Bones BBQ. To themed restaurants such as the Rain Forrest Café, to fine dinning restaurants such as Prime Steakhouse, the Rainbow Room and the Sheraton Falls view dining level.,Having some of the best amenities in Canada along with top tier views of the 7th wonder of the world - Falls Avenue is not cheap but you 110% Get what you pay for, and is sure to please every traveler. And when you thought the amenities could not get better - they do! They are all connected and you never need to leave the resort! I highly recommended checking out Falls Avenue Resort, it turly is like nowhere else!”
“My son visited the Fallsview Tourist Area with his class. They had an absolute blast and we heard of the venture for days afterwards.Unfortunately, my son left his bag at the Wendy's in the area. We live in London and were unable to make the trip to Niagara to retrieve it.Through the help of a number of staff working within the Fallsview Tourist Area, and an outpouring of kindness and patience, we have been able to make arrangements to get the bag back. I cannot express the gratitude and level of appreciation I have for the folks who communicated with me over this past week. Many thanks. This goes well beyond customer service, and is a show of humanity. We appreciate you!!”
“The level of luxury and comfort at Enjoy Hotel is unparalleled. From the plush bedding to the top-notch amenities, it's evident they strive for excellence. Definitely deserving of a glowing 5-star review!”
“I was suprised to find any bad reviews the man who worked the front desk was very nice very pleasant and very respectful. My deposit was returned to me in the morning I stayed in room 9 which was very clean I loved it I thought it was not only affordable but nice and cozy as well. Besides losing my owl necklace there somewhere I had no complaints. I would reccomend.”
“Very comfortable clean rooms. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. A little dated but price is great. Recommend to anyone having to stay for a few nights. Restaurants and shopping close by.”
“We were impressed by our stay here. The service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We came as a family group of 15 and they let us use the tables/continental breakfast area for a gathering place to eat our dinner when we arrived late that evening. The rooms were simple, butaccommodating. Breakfast was simple, but there were enough options for the whole family. (They indicated that breakfast was seasonal, starting up again the beginning of April when we came.) ....I would return again.”

“Have only trusted Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott Holiday Inn brand name Hotels. With Cadillac Motel and now River Rapids being the exceptional exception. General Manager Fabin was totally awesome and so Sweet. We were welcomed like a family member. Queen beds were plush soft with 3 great pillows. “The rooms were old but also clean and repaired. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in their establishment and there is a homelike feel.Other patrons will not be as easily influenced, but my 9yo thought it was the most luxurious experience every. He marveled at the shower and the quality of the soaps. He waxed poetic over the bed linens, pillows and “perfect” mattresses. He never got a better sleep in his life. Honestly, we adults never got a better night’s sleep either. The beds were super comfortable and every nap turned into an hours long experience.”

The switchboard cannot connect at night.
The heater is not working.
The hair dryer has not been cleaned for a long time, so it has a very bad smell when drying.”
“Walking distance to the falls, cheap in relation to the other hotels near the falls, very nice rooms. Only gripe I had was not being informed about the 20 dollar parking fee before hand or on any booking site.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza this weekend! The rooms were cozy and very clean, we had lots of super hot water to shower with and the beds had tons of pillows. I loved that the room windows actually opened to be able to use the falls as white noise. The best part about the stay was by far the staff, every member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, by far the best service I can remember in a long time. It seemed like everyone actually cared about your stay! As others have said, there is no mini fridge or microwave in your room, but plan ahead and you can fill your cooler with ice and it’s just fine. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here!”
