“Flew in for a couple of days for work and decided to get a car rather than use Rideshare. I always go for National, they’re great… Great service… Great car selection from their Emeral Isle, but this location doesn’t use the Emerald Isle, rather there’s a booth in the garage where you need to wait in line for someone to give a car. I find this very inconvenient, but it is what it is.
Car selection here was adequate, not the best. Service was nice and friendly, both on pickup and checking back in. Overall, I’d most definitely return to rent from National, but this isn’t my favorite location.”

“I rented a vehicle from Alamo at Syracuse Hancock international. Picking up the vehicle was super easy, Peyton was a wonderful customer service person, she delivered the vehicle quickly and without any issues. The vehicle was an excellent condition, very clean on the inside, and ran very well. Returning the vehicle to the airport was super easy, we pulled into the spot, someone immediately scanned the vehicle and checked the vehicle, and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend Alamo.”
“I like that the office picks you up @ the collision repair facility when you drop your damaged vehicle off & returns you there upon completion. Also, appreciated that the office took care of some last minute insurance paperwork as my vehicle repairs were not completed until late in the day on a Friday afternoon which precipitated a need over the weekend for the rental vehicle.”
“I had to go through 3 rentals due to transmission issue and check engine lights but they made it right with a partial refund and made it right by me. I appreciate their willingness to make it right.”

We have rented a lot of vehicles in the past year and a half from a lot of places. I mean, a LOT. Some decent service but most crap.
Needed a car on a Sunday for a month and, during a nasty snow storm, with crashed computers, 4 people both took care of returning vehicles and new rentals with a smile and kind word. They got it done and the long line of customers were appreciative and patient.
This is where we go back to when we need a rental.

“I visit Syracuse NY 5 or 6 times a year. The team at Budget consistently does a great job. Friendly and helpful picking up and returning the car. My recent visit my son left his sunglasses in the car. We didn’t realize until we were at the gate. I ran back to Budget to see if I could find them. The car had already been taken to service. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name , but the lady who handled the car return took my name and number. She said they would look for them. Just before boarding, she texted me they found the glasses. She provided the General Manager’s name and email. I emailed Justin and he was kind enough to FedEx the glasses to me. I don’t experience this level of service very often. Thanks to the team at Budget!”

“My husband rented from Hertz Buffalo Niagara Airport and were given a stinky lower rated car than we reserved because they were “out of cars” obviously they can take a reservation but they can’t hold the reservation which is the most important part. (5 stars to you if you get the reference). We ended up choosing the Burnett Ave location to see about getting our problem resolved. That is where we were fortunate enough to get Asst Manager Will Mawson to help us. Will was uber professional and understanding. He took care of the situation immediately and we were put in a lovely Nissan Rogue. Will saved our vacation and we are incredibly grateful.”
