“The staff was very friendly. We did a proper walk-around before I left and she let me know what they look for. The vehicle I rented was clean and had a neutral scent inside. I will rent from here again!”
“Note that you have to go to the AVIS desk to get the car.Good experience... great prices, customer service was fine, car was great. All for $200+ less than any of the other options.”
“You will always have my business for personal and business based upon customer service that I’ve had time and time again I travel so I use many locations across the US You’ve earned my loyalty. Keep up the great work.”
“10 out of 5 stars for this Enterprise location - and a special thank you to Gavin! After arriving late in the evening following a delayed flight, the last thing we wanted was to deal with rental car issues. Fortunately, we met Gavin, who not only had everything ready to go, but brought a fantastic attitude - even so late in the evening! A special thank you again to Gavin for making this process so enjoyable and efficient - we hope to work with you again in the future!”
“Excellent service they even came and picked me up where I brought my car to get repaired , and went back to get the rental car they had ready for me very satisfied with the service provide”
“Emma was the driver who picked me up at the collision center she was on time and very friendly. She gave me her business if I should have any questions or concerns. She informed me if my vehicle is in the shop longer the the rental agreement that Enterprise will handle the communication with Geico. That alone was a big relief. The staff at Enterprise was friendly and professional. It made this experience bearable.”
“Excellent and friendly service by Jodi Turck at the reservation desk and Mike at the car drop office process. I wish every airport made this process and convenient as Alamo at the Syracuse Airport!”
“The collision shop arranged for Enterprise to pick me up. I was offered a brand new 2026 SUV to drive while my car was being repaired. That was a very nice car experience! Luckily, My car was repaired quickly and I was able to get my car. Enterprise was called and they picked up the rental car. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”
“Use the enterprise Rent-A-Car this past weekend. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The gentleman we worked with was excellent. I will definitely be a returning customer.”
“Fast and top quality work. They fixed a ramp issue our bus had been having for some time. They diagnosed it immediately and had it fixed the next day. Every other place would take a few weeks and it still wasn't fixed.”
“Tristan was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This location was exceptionally helpful and quick. We had an issue with a rental from another location and they were VERY accommodating and quick to help us out. Would recommend them 100% and especially Tristan 🙌”
“Rented a large SUV for 1 week. Checked in by Beth - she was fabulous! In and out to the car in less than 10 minutes. Return was the same as Beth was again at the counter. Super easy and affordable! Highly recommend!”
“Terrance n Tevin we're very delightful n detail Oriented, thorough explanation of everything and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I would definitely rent a vehicle from Payless again.”
“Quick and painless. I don't understand why they have a folding table blocking the counter. Very awkward reaching across. Also, $450 fee for smoking (ok), fragrances (really??), pet hair, sand, farting and anything else they want.”
“Was very nice and helped me understand insurance claims are the ones that mess up! I rented a car for 3 weeks waiting on van to get fixed.he checked on often.was very concerned about my problems and even offered other auto shops to get my van fixed.my insurance company still haven't paid their part and he still just has nice.far has deposits.he is returning mine without even being paid yet! So don't know what others are talking about”
“Steve and alayna were the best help, made my day I thought for sure I wasn’t going to be able to get a car today. They made sure that wasn’t going happen and even managed to get me an upgrade. Amazing people and great customer service.”
“Suburban cab was clean and on time, unlike Blue Star, which was almost an hour late with their noisy, badly maintained car with filthy seats - choose Suburban, avoid Blue Star.”
“My husband rented from Hertz Buffalo Niagara Airport and were given a stinky lower rated car than we reserved because they were “out of cars” obviously they can take a reservation but they can’t hold the reservation which is the most important part. (5 stars to you if you get the reference). We ended up choosing the Burnett Ave location to see about getting our problem resolved. That is where we were fortunate enough to get Asst Manager Will Mawson to help us. Will was uber professional and understanding. He took care of the situation immediately and we were put in a lovely Nissan Rogue. Will saved our vacation and we are incredibly grateful.”
“Tony was extremely helpful! I made the mistake of setting my reservation for the wrong day- Tony was able to pull my reservation over to the correct day and time and get me in a vehicle as quickly as possible. I was already running behind schedule and feeling like not even going the car I was assigned which I had to wait for to be cleaned wasn’t what I reserved but was ok as I made the mistake in the first place. Sadly that car I didn’t feel was In safe condition, because there was a knock in the steering when I was backing out- Tony was understanding of my concerns for my families safety, and he was able to get me in another vehicle right away. Now an hour and a half behind schedule of a 4 hour drive, I left, not realizing until I got to New Jersey that I left my ID at the rental counter, which Tony had waiting for me the next day when I returned the vehicle. He was even kind enough to ask how the show was even though I wasn’t even feeling up to attending. All I can say is thank you Tony for making things a lot calmer and smoother cause I was in an already crappy mood and it was of my own doing. I use rentals often sometimes the experience is a lot more stressful being an airport, this time was one of the positive encounters!”
“Great communication through texts after reservation placed. Great counter customer service. Flawless and easy pickup and drop off. Loved the SUV I chose. Would definitely reserve again.”
