“I had been a happy Cricket customer until ATT merger, when ATT destroyed 5 years worth of my info ( before tech routinely put everything on "the cloud". BUT Cricket kept its outstanding service, separate from ATT, and connectivity got even better (thanks to Matt which I hate but no longer has any hand in my actual phone and Cricket service). I had a first time bad ever experience at a different location (which is currently under reconfiguration).I am retired from 40 years career with a graduate degree and work that totally involved interaction with physicians, attorneys, community service planners, etc. In her area of expertise, Jailin Lisbeth is one of the most unknowledgeable professionals I have ever encountered. Her guidance as to what plan and phone would be best for my needs, combined with Cricket's continued technical excellence has me happier than I've ever been. I endured a miserable year battling with my Google Fi service, provided free by my son by adding me to his business account. Perhaps it's great for a million dollar assets company staffed by computer geniuses who trouble shoot the Google Fi horrors as easy as breathing. I prefer having few or NO TROUBLES TO SHOOT! Google Fi does whatever it wants, even when you're in the middle of an action and haven't hit any keys you haven't before. And you're left disabled to finish your task. My phone reception was so bad, if my calls weren't dropped the callers voice sounded like banjo picking, incomprehensible. Now I can go about my responsibilities free of rage meltdowns 3x/day.”

“The young lady who provided service to me at the AT&T store across from Southpoint did an excellent job for me. I got there early, just after store opened, and Deja was very attentive and gave me information that I needed to finalize my new phone selection. She started the lengthy transfer of phone data, with instructions to finish it, to minimize me wasting time in store. Product selection and accesorios for new devices are great. I suppose customers appear in waves, so I'll end by saying that this store definitely seems to need two people in store at all times, especially when there is heavy demand for upgrades, such as when local colleges return to session.”
“Salesperson in this store was very professional and kind. I wanted to get a new SIM card, but my phone was too old. Even though the store did not have the SIM card in stock, the salesperson identified a very good in store only promotion, and took a picture of the computer screen about the promotion so that I can show that in another store. I had a very bad experience with another Boost Mobile retail store on N. Buchanan Blvd. So, I'd stick to this store for my future in-store purchases.”
