So I asked if I should just drive up and he could run out and give it to me and I could go without parking and he was grateful I could do that just shows that he is a wonderful thoughtful employee. This is the second time I visited this chain, the other being the other location in Cary, and the employees have been just outstanding and this would keep me coming back.

I have been using their taxi service for years and the team is remarkably patient even when my babies are not really ready to go. The grooming is amazing and they always call and ask questions when needed. They are also very educated on grooming techniques and knowledgeable on what breed needs what services. I use them for home care when I travel and I've never had an issue. I recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to take their family pets.

I’ve brought them both to various classes at ADA including Foundations, Dynamic Dogs, Intro To Nosework, and Super Sniffers. The trainers are always super patient with my pups and their needs to keep everyone safe and happy. In fact, Nosework has been a game changer for both of my pups in different ways including confidence building and helping my reactive dog better regulate her stress. I’m so glad that I have a place where my dogs can learn in a fun environment and thrive to become their best selves allowing me to bond with them further. Highly recommend ADA to help you build a better relationship with your pups!

So far my pup has been here twice. Once for day care and another time for grooming. I was pleased with both services. I do feel on the grooming pickup was very transactional and fast. I felt rushed! The front desk also questioned if I wanted more hair cut while the groomer was still present. All of this taking place before I saw my baby. I was asked to answer gratuity prompts to pay before they even brought my pup out. Without seeing my puppy I had no way of determining a proper gratuity. I do like to tip for services when satisfied. All in all, I'm pleased with how my pup is when he leaves and he seems to love Pupsi so far. The groomers did exactly what I requested. We look forward to coming back soon.

She truly seemed to care about my opinion. As we were finishing up, I told my wife that I think this is my new favorite restaurant! The main dish we wanted was unavailable but they made the experience worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this place. Cat Angels Pet Adoptions
959 N Harrison Ave, Cary(update below). Cat Angels Adoption Center brought us pure cat companion joy ?! Elizabeth and her volunteers are all very dear ladies, the best at seeing all the many kitties are well cared for and found the perfect home. They know cats so well, us old cat owners of 40+ years even learned a few good tricks ?.
The process was a cinch, making sure you are able to have one or more feline companions and that you find the best match?.
[UPDATE] We visited the new adoption center 10/25, OMG is it glourious, so huge, full featured with everything and more the cats need?. But a shock was how friendly all the cats were, in 60 years never seen that at retail stores, these cats are being lovingly pampered (volunteer vet too ), which also makes it easier to see what cat you might connect with best ?. We stayed for an hour (more?) and got loving and laughs from all the cat roomies in huge glass condos constructed for them? . [end update]
Through Elizabeth we found ours being fostered (spoiled too) by Sandy ?, a wonderful cat mom who traveled to SC to get the preggy mom kitty that her son found as a stray (and 2 party boys), and helped birth our 2 little kittens (total 4 in the photo).
Ours are spoiled every waking moment, heated beds when sleeping. We have been given so much joy in our lives and we cannot thank Elizabeth and Sandy enough.
We do thank you lots, as do Izzy and Nemo?? .
They speak for the animals, and you should listen.
