So I asked if I should just drive up and he could run out and give it to me and I could go without parking and he was grateful I could do that just shows that he is a wonderful thoughtful employee. This is the second time I visited this chain, the other being the other location in Cary, and the employees have been just outstanding and this would keep me coming back.

My only gripe is that they don’t carry the Royal Canine Adult Poodle in smaller quantity than a 10 pound bag. I have a smaller fur baby and large quantities can lead to the food going stale or rancid before my pooch can consume
it. I always have to order off Amazon and I then missed out on Treats Rewards.

I have been using their taxi service for years and the team is remarkably patient even when my babies are not really ready to go. The grooming is amazing and they always call and ask questions when needed. They are also very educated on grooming techniques and knowledgeable on what breed needs what services. I use them for home care when I travel and I've never had an issue. I recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to take their family pets.

Him and his staff helped us through some hard times with the loss of our first pup from Peak Lab. Not long after we rescued an abused pup from Crisis Dogs who was scared to death of new people. She warmed up to Dr. Munn immediately. We've always felt like they've treated us like family and couldn't imagine going anywhere else ❤️

Courtney is very knowledgeable and knows just what each pup and breed needs to look their best. Our cavalier, Anastasia, comes home shiny and perfectly trimmed each time. Other grooming places tend to stress my dogs out but Courtney is calming and keep our pups happy while giving them a thorough bath and fur cut. We are so pleased and highly recommend Dogtopia of Harrison Ave in Cary for boarding, day care and grooming!

I’ve brought them both to various classes at ADA including Foundations, Dynamic Dogs, Intro To Nosework, and Super Sniffers. The trainers are always super patient with my pups and their needs to keep everyone safe and happy. In fact, Nosework has been a game changer for both of my pups in different ways including confidence building and helping my reactive dog better regulate her stress. I’m so glad that I have a place where my dogs can learn in a fun environment and thrive to become their best selves allowing me to bond with them further. Highly recommend ADA to help you build a better relationship with your pups!

She has trained two of our dogs, and while they have always been angels to me, now they are angelic in others' eyes, too! And the impact lasts - Gunner was trained more than six years ago and he's retained what he learned - even when I am not quite as disciplined as I should be :)

I was stuck in a jam with a last minute cancellation with a dog sitter and they are complete heroes. They were able to set me up with a dog sitter meeting the next day and we met Julia. After meeting Julia, she is truly one in a million and a special pet loving human. Her love for my dog and the care she gave him is priceless. We had 2 Golden Retrievers, Lexi & Ella, that became therapy dogs through Jackie's training. We now have 2 new Golden Retrievers that are litter mates and 9 months old, Chloe & Olive. We mistakenly had them e-collared trained. That did not work for us and thank God, Jackie & Rebecca were willing to work with them and they are now doing so well. So far my pup has been here twice. Once for day care and another time for grooming. I was pleased with both services. I do feel on the grooming pickup was very transactional and fast. I felt rushed! The front desk also questioned if I wanted more hair cut while the groomer was still present. All of this taking place before I saw my baby. I was asked to answer gratuity prompts to pay before they even brought my pup out. Without seeing my puppy I had no way of determining a proper gratuity. I do like to tip for services when satisfied. All in all, I'm pleased with how my pup is when he leaves and he seems to love Pupsi so far. The groomers did exactly what I requested. We look forward to coming back soon.

We arrived and ordered the buffalo shrimp poppers and crispy chicken and the appetizers were amazing. We both ordered froze’s which were delicious. The main dish we wanted was unavailable but they made the experience worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this place. Hands down we will be using Jessica in the future to photograph our other animals, highly encourage others to do the same!
